Spent several years trying to find a family doctor; and to find a doctor that I was comfortable with. At last! After 5 years of neglect and terrible communication and 3 doctors, a friend sent me a link for a clinic with a family physician that was accepting new patients. I was able to book a meet and greet very quickly. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted and advised to use the iPad to check in. I had a very unsettling experience at this clinic. I checked in for my appointment through OHIP. I arrived 16 minutes late. Prior to arrival, I called the reception multiple times, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived, the clinic refused to see me, which I understand may be their policy. However, a staff member then took me aside into a private room and quietly told me that I would have to pay $120 out of pocket in order to reschedule the appointment. Dr. Movaseghi has a calm demeanor, is highly knowledgeable, never rushes me, and answers all my questions with patience. Lucky to have him as my family doctor.
Pretty much perfect, they have online bookings for appointments, you can call in to schedule a virtual appointment with your doctor (hidden feature not on their site 😎), when you arrive 15mins before your appointment time, you use a tablet to sign in with your health card, pick up a mask and disinfect your hands, all provided, and sit to wait your turn, and most of the time if you were on time, so is your appointment.
