I wouldn't recommend this clinic for any senior individual, especially one who has a language barrier or health risks to manage. The family doctor works limited days/hours. The front desk does not take any responsibly for any matters, zero cares about patients. The allergy specialist receptionist "Richi" for Dr Oykhman never called me back for 5 days after I asked 3 different people at the reception desk for specific info. Do better.
Dr Oykhman in the allergy clinic was superb! So knowledgeable and profession and caring. Took a long time to explain and share his wealth of knowledge and expertise. The nurses and staff were very friendly too.
I have been getting physiotherapy from Sean for several years now. I am very happy with the results. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and thorough. I am grateful for the excellent patient care.
Firstly the appointment did take approximately 5 months. However during this period, I did receive communication via email around 2 weeks prior to fill out an intake form along with a reminder for the date and time of appointment, as well as a day prior. I was there for allergy testing for my child. We were called in right on time. The nurse was so kind and friendly which eased the difficult part of having a young child get pricked about 30 times. I did an allergy test and had to wait an hour at the hospital,it was fine I waited the hour then we had to wait for the doctor to tell us if I was fine or not just to wait a whole hour before he came, nice workers but bad wait time
