I have nothing but praise for my family doctor（Dr.Jasmine Cheng） here – they are incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely caring. My family and I feel very fortunate to have such a dedicated physician. However, the front desk service at this clinic is extremely disappointing. It’s consistently difficult to get through on the phone, and the staff at reception are often rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Excellent clinic! I called in the morning for an emergency, and the receptionist was warm and polite, managing to fit me into a busy schedule. Dr. Susan Wong handled my issue with great professionalism. Highly recommend!
