He not only successfully treated my condition but also took the time to thoroughly explain the reasons behind his diagnosis. Dr. Chan was proactive in suggesting the best course of treatment, tests, and providing clear insights into my situation. His professionalism and care were truly appreciated. Highly recommend him for anyone in need of expert medical attention!
Dr. Brian Chan is an amazing doctor. My family has been seeing him for a couple of years now and he always explains everything thoroughly. The receptionist named Elaine was also super nice and respectful to my grandma when we visited this morning. The wait times can be long to see the doctor but it’s understandable as there are a lot of patients.
Dr. Brian Chan is amazing and helpful doctor. Their receptionist of Sadie is the greatest person I have seen in the past few years in this clinic, every time I see her in the clinic or phone call to make an appointment, her demeanor and voice are always the kindness and professional. Very much appreciated the service. Keep it up.
Doctor Siva is amazing. But the receptionist is not professional at all. I had a horrible experience talking with her on the phone asking about the phone number for the paediatrician that Doctor Siva referred my son to. She immediately said she doesn’t have any information and asked me to call his other clinic. I told her I have never been to that clinic. Came to this location for walk-in with my son about 1 month ago. We had symptoms of stomach flu, and as usual, couldn't get an appointment with our family physician in a timely manner. Receptionist Satie was extremely helpful in helping us get set up as new patients, and after seeing that we had been waiting for almost 3 hours, pushed us up in the queue so we could see the doctor sooner.
