The receptionist at this clinic is extremely unprofessional and completely disregards patients’ needs. Due to her negligence and mistakes, I wasted a lot of time and effort, and was even forced to miss a very important medical appointment, which delayed my entire treatment process. The clinic environment is also terrible, with clutter everywhere in the exam rooms, and medical waste just thrown on the floor – it’s absolutely disgusting! I will be reporting this mess to the health department.
Waste of time. So happy I was on time to our Allergist Appointment to wait an hour and a half to be seen for what I was told would be 2-3hrs for this appointment only to have a doctor say "this is a 10 minute consultation to make a separate appointment to do the actual test." He pulled up Google to tell me what he thinks my son could of had a reaction to his vaccines, everything we already knew from our family doctor. I visited this place on January 3, 2025 for an appointment with Dr. Yung. Starting from the reception to the end I had a very pleasant experience at this place. I wonder how some people posted negative comments about this clinic. The staff are working here very efficiently at a fast paced busy environment. Kudos to all of them.
Love my physician but no one answers the phone. Have been trying by for days! Tried to make an appointment online but am directed to call as it’s for a physical but no one answers the phone! There is absolutely no way to get through to someone other than to go in person. Receptionists are not the friendliest so not looking forward to that either. Sorry to leave such a bad review but this is absolutely frustrating.
Friendly but horrendously incompetent. Received a call saying my new allergy serum was available for pickup. I asked if Dr. Yung wanted me to receive my first injection at his office like he did last time I got a new vial of allergy serum. The person who phoned wasn't sure but said they'd ask and call me back. Three business days later and I didn't receive a call. I phoned the office to ask again and this time the person I talked to wanted to make sure my serum was there - I assured them it was and that's why I was calling. ... read more
