I had a Meet & Greet with one of their doctors in September, who said he would accept me as a patient. He had one of the receptionists take my current meds list for my file, gave me several referrals for tests & said book a follow up. I set up my appointment online in October, then received a call the next day saying the doctor had never seen me before, they don't know how I was able to make an appointment & that they were cancelling it.
