Terrible. I asked the receptionist the wait time, she said over an hour.. there was maybe only 2 patients sitting outside. She told me to go to shoppers walk in (shoppers doesn’t have a walk in) I came back and she avoided speaking to me so she wouldn’t be held accountable. She also didn’t check me in. It’s honestly surprising how quickly people find time to post negative reviews, yet rarely take a moment to acknowledge when they receive good service. If more folks would open their eyes, they’d see that the staff are doing the best they can with the resources they have. All that frustration should be directed at the system and policies—not at the people working hard to help the public every day. Terrible experience! No respect for patients’ time. Had a 6:15 PM appointment and even took paid time off to be there. By 7:30 PM, still waiting — and this was just a meet and greet with a new doctor! The irony? They charge a $50 fine for missed appointments, but I wonder if they’ll compensate me for wasting over an hour of mine. If this is how they treat new patients, no thank you — I’m going elsewhere
I am very happy and thankful that my daughter and I found Dr. Catherine Aligwara at this clinic. She is very professional, intelligent and caring. Really thankful for all her help at a challenging time.
The Indian doctor was extremely rude and she didn’t care about anything I had to say. She rushed everything and started arguing with me over nothing. Do not waste your time coming here
