I can say that we found the best family doctor in Canada here. Dr. Edwin is a wonderful doctor. She helped us perfectly despite her limited time. I went on our second appointment today and it was just as great as our first one. He understands the patient's psychology very well. Thanks a lot
Terrible. I asked the receptionist the wait time, she said over an hour.. there was maybe only 2 patients sitting outside. She told me to go to shoppers walk in (shoppers doesn’t have a walk in) I came back and she avoided speaking to me so she wouldn’t be held accountable. She also didn’t check me in. The other receptionist ended up checking me in to which I was put in a room right away.. then I was supposed to get results to know wether or not I’m supposed to stay on antibiotics as it is crucial information depending on th... read more
Made an appointment for 10:30am. Didn’t get seen by a doctor until 3.5 hrs later. What a waste of my day. You’re better off going to urgent care by shoppers near hwy 7. Don’t waste your time here. Doctor dealt with me within 2 mins what a joke.
Extremely unserious operation. A health center that doesn’t do blood tests They did not start my appointment until 1 hour after, what was a simple lunch in and out turned into a half day commitment. Why make appointments if you can’t be witching 1 hour of them? The prescription also took an unreasonably long time with the pharmacist filling other patients prescriptions 2 hours 30 min of wasted time. DO BETTER
When I was a universitystudent, my professor used to say, "Every doctor should first and foremost be a good psychiatrist." Our family doctor, Dr. Edwin, is a living example of this. Despite her limited time, she took wonderful care of us and tried to meet all our needs. I hope we can see more healthcare professionals like her.
