I have been using this clinic for about 8 years now. Frankly, I don't understand all the negative reviews here. I am now seeing my 2nd GP here after my first one moved away. I have also used the walk-in clinic services when my regular doctor was unavailable and have seen 2 of the specialists as well. I have received good care from all of them. I went to walking clinic today at woodbridge location. My appointment was at 1.15pm. When I go there, the receptionist told me come after an hour. I asked why didn't you call and inform me earlier. Then she told me if you want I can cancel your appointment and we don't call patients as our policy. She is not professional as instead of saying sorry for delay talking about policies of the company. No care, no respect for others people's time. I left a bad review due to their changes in policies and not being able to access my daughter's vaccination records. However, there is a senior receptionist there, I don't know her name, but she ALWAYS comes through and is amazing. I wish the rest of the receptionist and staff was trained to be as great as her. Dr. Tessler is incredible also and her team of nurses are so kind and great.
I see reasons why this particular clinic has so much bad reviews. As I write this review, I still haven’t seen any doctors, it’s been 1hr, 50mins now. No doctor. But the owner would only reply positive reviews instead of addressing the negative feedback and improving the quality of service and wait time. If you need any urgent care, please don’t come here. I would recommend the other walk-in clinic close to shopper drug mart.
Medical clerk at the front desk, short and round, is extremely unprofessional lazy and rude. Not only are you forced to use a QR code no matter what your age is or level of technical knowledge. I watched older people struggle to do this as they refused to take the OHIP card and no line up. I pleaded multiple times that I hadn’t been there in over 5 years and refused to take my card.
