I had an absolutely terrible experience at this clinic. What is the point of giving appointment times if patients are going to be seen over an hour late? I arrived on time, checked in, and was told to wait — which turned into a frustrating and unacceptable delay with no clear explanation or updates from the staff. There was no sense of urgency, no apology, and zero respect for patients’ time. This was the worst clinic I’ve ever visited. I was told to book an appointment and come back at a specific time. However, when I returned and checked in, I was told I still had to wait another hour. What is the point of booking an appointment if patients are not seen on time? This was never explained to me when I first came in. Additionally, the experience with the reception staff was very disappointing. One receptionist was visibly sick and coughing, which is concerning in a healthcare setting. From appt time to actually seeing the doctor was over 2h and that was with me actively asking, complaining and inquiring. I dread to think how long I’d be stuck there if I said nothing, as many other patients were just left waiting endlessly. I was moved into many rooms but still no Doctor and the receptionist annoyingly allowed a family to add one 4 appts when they’d only made one. Staff overall experience is excellent!! I did however have to wait 1 hour past my appointment time that was scheduled. Bathroom facility had no hand paper towels available. Overall was a good experience. Dr is very nice/ easy to talk to! All my issues were heard and dealt with.
Extremely unserious operation. A health center that doesn’t do blood tests They did not start my appointment until 1 hour after, what was a simple lunch in and out turned into a half day commitment. Why make appointments if you can’t be witching 1 hour of them? The prescription also took an unreasonably long time with the pharmacist filling other patients prescriptions 2 hours 30 min of wasted time. DO BETTER
