went in for an allergy test with Dr.Yung, got referred by my family doctor and was told it usually takes a few weeks to get a call back and a month for an appt, but i received a call the same day and got an appt for the following week. waited no more than 10 minutes and immediately got my tests done. spent a couple hours there in total which was fine because i was able to go through all of my concerns. Medical clerk at the front desk, short and round, is extremely unprofessional lazy and rude. Not only are you forced to use a QR code no matter what your age is or level of technical knowledge. I watched older people struggle to do this as they refused to take the OHIP card and no line up. I pleaded multiple times that I hadn’t been there in over 5 years and refused to take my card. My husband run out of medication, he new the family doctor wrote the refill on his last visit. When I called the doctor's office on Saturday, January 4th 2025, and after a long waiting time, the Receptionist named "Ruba" answered the phone. After identifying the patient, she said that the prescription wasn't fax to the pharmacy because the pharmacy fax number wasn't clear. Had an appointment with Dr. Monson she was excellent and very thorough. The reception was quick to schedule my next appointment and called me to confirm my prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Overall excellent care and customer service.
If I had the option to rate them I would have given 0 stars . They encourage you to book on line so we don't have to wait .well booked my appointment for November 25 at 1:45 pm I showed up for my appointment at 1:30 at 2:15 still no sign of seeing a doctor whe I approached the young lady at the reception I kindly asked what happened to appointment did it fell through the cracks.
