It’s honestly surprising how quickly people find time to post negative reviews, yet rarely take a moment to acknowledge when they receive good service. If more folks would open their eyes, they’d see that the staff are doing the best they can with the resources they have. Whereas several of the nurses are great and have a great bedside manner...one of the nurses consistently is very unpleasant. Always acts like doing her job is doing you a favor. Makes patients feel uncomfortable. It's not normal having to dread to see a nurse when going to see the doctor. It is already a very emotionally and physically draining to deal woth health issues, dealing with someone like that shouldn't be an issue.

Terrible communication. I had seen the dermatologist here for my 5 year old. Was advised to contact the office after 3 weeks for results. Heard nothing after a month, i followed up a couple more times over 7 weeks and i was told “nothing yet, you’ll hear back from us”…. Tried emailing, calling, no response. Had to walk in person myself almost 2 months later and speak to someone at the front desk who gave me the results. Never coming back here again. I can see why the reviews are terrible…..

I have been using this clinic for about 8 years now. Frankly, I don't understand all the negative reviews here. I am now seeing my 2nd GP here after my first one moved away. I have also used the walk-in clinic services when my regular doctor was unavailable and have seen 2 of the specialists as well. I have received good care from all of them. I went to walking clinic today at woodbridge location. My appointment was at 1.15pm. When I go there, the receptionist told me come after an hour. I asked why didn't you call and inform me earlier. Then she told me if you want I can cancel your appointment and we don't call patients as our policy. She is not professional as instead of saying sorry for delay talking about policies of the company. No care, no respect for others people's time.
