Dr Cao explains things thoroughly, makes sure that you feel a part of your treatment plan, and overall does an excellent job with any restoration work. Her office staff is top-notch and very organized. The office is clean and bright and her dental assistants are extremely competent. Very pleased to be under her care.
I am very grateful that my family gets care from Wellesley Hills Dental. Dr. Cao is caring, competent, respectful, and personable. She is judicious with intervention and generous with prevention and education. I have a high degree of trust in her recommendations and her work. Her staff as well is friendly and efficient.
I would highly recommend Dr. Cao if you are considering a new dentist. I am in my mid 70’s but have only had four dentists over that span given my anxieties with dental procedures and dentists. When Dr. Savitt announced that he was retiring, I was traumatized but, in hindsight, he made an excellent choice in having Dr. Cao take over his practice. Dr. Cao and her team are among the friendliest and most knowledgeable dental professionals we've encountered. My wife and I rely on them for all our dental needs, and we couldn't be more pleased. Their office is always immaculate, the staff is unfailingly courteous, and we have complete confidence in the care Dr. Cao provides! I had two fillings completed today :)
I’ve been a patient of Doctor Cao’s since she opened her Wellesley office and I couldn’t be more pleased. She combines highly competent professionalism with a friendly, engaging manner. During each procedure (and I’ve had quite a few!), she makes sure to frequently ask how I’m doing and keeps me updated on the process. Highly recommended.
