Wellesley Hills Dental is a wonderful practice. Dr. Cao is by far the best dentist I have ever had (and I am 83 so have had many dentists working on my mouth). I have had extensive dental work done while under Dr. Chao's care and she is not only technically competent using the latest equipment, but she also takes the time to answer all my questions and explain each procedure. I moved to MA about 2.5 years ago, but I've had 4 dentists in that time. I won't go through the details, but I am so happy and relieved to have found Wellesley Hills Dental! From the person who scheduled my appointment to the dental assistant to Dr. Cao herself, everyone was friendly and professional. Everyone's demeanor made me feel like they listened carefully and took my concerns seriously, but they also operated in ways that calmed me down about addressing my dental issue. I’ve been with Dr. Cao for about 5 years now and so have both of my adult children. She’s really great! She’s very involved in my care and cleaning… and is never rushed. I left my old dentist because very often I came for my cleaning and never even saw him… the hygienist was the only person I interacted with. What a level up with Dr. Cao!
I’ve been seeing Dr Cao for the past few years and have always had good results. I’m at the age where old dental work needs upgrades so I’ve had a fair amount of work done including crowns, fillings, cleanings and bonding. All went exceptionally well. Dr Cao also coordinated work with other specialists for a root canal and post implant making the whole process much less stressful.
