Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful. There was no wait time whatsoever. After a quick registration, I was taken to an exam room. The nurse and PA both were in to see me in under 5 minutes. My issue was address and I was on my way. Total time for my visit was 15 minutes. My prescription was immediately sent to my pharmacy and I had it less than 20 minutes after I left.
Front desk person was so kind and sweet. The initial nurse was polite and kind as well. The PA didn't make you feel rushed. She thorough asked questions. I had x-rays done a week and that tech was nice as well. Place was very clean.
So happy with my provider. She made me feel at ease and took time to listen to me. I wish she were my regular doctor! I don't want to forget all the others who took care of me as well: all were amazing!!
Urgent Care was available when I had concerns with an ear ache. Friendly Staff from start to finish made it easy and it was reasonably priced. My stress level lowered and I knew how to plan the rest of my day appropriately. Thank you...
After spending over an hour in the ER (with no end in sight) I scheduled an appt at WellNow and was checked in, triaged, treated and out in 30 minutes. The staff were very professional and did a great job.
