I arrived shortly after they opened in the morning, The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. By the time I filled out the required info, they were ready to take me to an exam room. The woman that I saw next was kind and thorough. My vitals were checked and medical info collected. Next I saw the provider who was wonderful. She was thorough and answered all of my questions. The whole experience was very pleasant. I was treated with kindness and respect but in a prompt manner which was also appreciated.
Went in for diagnosis and treatment of ear infection last week. Have been to Dunkirk office 5-6 x over the past several years for various issues. 100% of the time the staff is friendly, genuinely caring and well trained. So pleased to have this option in lieu of going to the emergency room or waiting at my doctor’s office. Plus now there is the convenience of scheduling your visit ahead of time online, so there’s not much of a wait. Highly recommend to anyone.
Having trouble breathing, coughing and runny nose. All the ladies were wonderful!! From their in-take lady to the NP Patricia. Being a Sunday, I was happy to have them their. I was in and out in a couple hours. Feeling much better and able to breathe much better!!! I am recommending WellNow to everyone. Thank you !!!! 👍
Based on the mostly positive reviews, I decided to bring my mother to WellNow to have a physician examine the build up of blood in my mother’s right eye. From registration to consultation, the staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing her condition and alleviating our concerns. We don’t live in the immediate vicinity of this WellNow UC Center, but if we did and needed medical attention, we would definitely come to WellNow. They are THAT good.
I was traveling when experiencing symptoms. I searched reviews of clinics along my route and it had good reviews. It did not disappoint. All of the staff was very courteous & helpful. My wait as a walk-in was about 20 minutes. I left with a prescription called in to the Topps Pharmacy across the street from the clinic.
