Front desk person was so kind and sweet. The initial nurse was polite and kind as well. The PA didn't make you feel rushed. She thorough asked questions. I had x-rays done a week and that tech was nice as well. Place was very clean.
The front desk was very friendly as soon as I walked in and she helped me with my check in. The place was very clean. I maybe waited 5 minutes before being taken to am exam room and from there everyone was friendly and pleasant which made the appointment go quicker than expected. Would highly recommend.
I was so impressed at how quickly I got in, got xrays, a diagnosis and was on my way with a prescription. Probably 15 minutes tops, all the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
Urgent Care was available when I had concerns with an ear ache. Friendly Staff from start to finish made it easy and it was reasonably priced. My stress level lowered and I knew how to plan the rest of my day appropriately. Thank you...
My family of 5 (3 kids under 5) came in at 7pm because we were all not feeling well. The team at WellNow Dunkirk quickly got us all in, looked at, diagnosed us, and got us out. They were very kind, very thorough, and very professional! 10/10 recommend!
