Front desk person was so kind and sweet. The initial nurse was polite and kind as well. The PA didn't make you feel rushed. She thorough asked questions. I had x-rays done a week and that tech was nice as well. Place was very clean.
After spending over an hour in the ER (with no end in sight) I scheduled an appt at WellNow and was checked in, triaged, treated and out in 30 minutes. The staff were very professional and did a great job.
I booked on line, and was able to get in immediately. Everyone was so very kind and professional. The office vibe was great! Healthy snack to go, PAC Man video game, hilarious. Treated my presenting issue, with clarity and guidance for first aide at home! Fantastic. I do recommend booking the appointment if you are able to, on-line or call the office number.
The front desk was very friendly as soon as I walked in and she helped me with my check in. The place was very clean. I maybe waited 5 minutes before being taken to am exam room and from there everyone was friendly and pleasant which made the appointment go quicker than expected. Would highly recommend.
Urgent Care was available when I had concerns with an ear ache. Friendly Staff from start to finish made it easy and it was reasonably priced. My stress level lowered and I knew how to plan the rest of my day appropriately. Thank you...
