I went to WellNow Urgent Care in Oneida, NY to have an object lodged in my ear canal removed. I was able to make an appointment and complete all of the paperwork, including scans of my driver's license and insurance card, online the night before my appointment. I made an appointment and when I arrived being so~so sick they took me right back. Learning I had not only the flu, I tested positive for but also tested positive for strep was so helpful. Not having to wait hours when you’re so sick helps, it helps a lot. My regular doc office isn’t open on weekends just like most. My Granddaughter was suffering with an earache and we walked in on a Sunday. It was amazing that they were open! We were treated in such a friendly and professional manner. Great staff, both caring and competent! Good experience and she got the care she needed!
The ladies there were very welcoming and professional. They talked me through every step of what they were going to do. Very different and good experience than what I'm used too. Give them a visit if you sick. You'll be glad you did.
This place is operating in the year 2060. Slushies!?! Coffee!?! PAC-MAN!!!!! okay, Pac-man was out of order by the fact that it is there makes my inner er 80's child rejoice! Oh, the staff was expedient, intelligent and super friendly.
