I came here after a dog bite and had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which really helped me feel calm and reassured. I love this place . Got there in a hurry when I got text and told I was 3rd in line I made it on time. That's awesome. First time that ever happen to me. When I went in the nurse is very pleasant very friendly I love her. I had told her about a can of soda at Canastota, she laughed. So when the Dr came in I loved him too. Very pleasant he took care of me and explain to me about medicine was taking and so. I would love to go back there if i had too. Thank you so much Dr David. over an hour wait for dot physical even with appointment set 3 days before appointment date. i will never come back here

Loooong wait time 9:30 appointment waited over an hour just to get vitals then another long wait to see a provider. Very slow no idea how anyone would give 5 stars. I will say the provider seemed very good. My wife took the medicine prescribed and she's bouncing back so you can't beat that can you?
