This place is operating in the year 2060. Slushies!?! Coffee!?! PAC-MAN!!!!! okay, Pac-man was out of order by the fact that it is there makes my inner er 80's child rejoice! Oh, the staff was expedient, intelligent and super friendly.
This was the first visit I've ever had to make to urgent care and I was worried it would be stressful with long wait times, but it was the exact opposite. I visited shortly after 5:00 pm and they got me in almost immediately to see David Keyes, RPA-C. He was kind, attentive, showed genuine concern for me, and took the time to explain things. Fearing a multi-hour wait at another local quick care facility, I waited a day or two longer than I should have to address an annoying medical issue. Was able to schedule an appointment online (big plus) for a time slot after work (another big plus) and they got me in and taken care of within the hour. Really nothing but good things to say, would definitely recommend! Plus Slushies, come on how can you beat that?
The entire staff was very pleasant and all bent over backwords to see that my x-rays were completed in spite of my medical conditions of being unable to lay flat on my back on a hard surface. My sincere thank-you’s go out to each person on duty that afternoon. A real professional group in all respects 🤗🤗🤗
Got an appointment on short notice. They got me right in and out. The nurse was so efficient. Aftercare explained thoroughly by the PA. They called the script right in so o could get it before pharmacy closed.
