I had a stomach bug that kicked my butt. I went to WellNow in Lakewood NY and the entire staff was amazing! The PA Craig and the MA Madison were very sweet and attentive to my needs. I was in and out in less than half an hour without feeling rushed. I would recommend this place 100%. Great experience and I am feeling better already :)
I was in a bind between insurances and came in to be seen for a medication refill. The provider I saw was craig and he was very helpful and happy to refill my routine medications so I could have time get in with a new doctor. He even looked up which pharmacies have the best prices for me! Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses to the provider made this an amazing experience! Highly recommend!
Jessica is very unprofessional and rude. she needs to talk less and do her job more. questioning parents and being disrespectful is not going to get you anywhere with having trust with their child. she shouldn't be a Dr and I even asked for another provider and was told she was the only one. every que I answered she didn't like my tone or body language and threw an actual fit. I DONT HAVE TO BE YOUR FRIEND however you have to shut your mouth and do your job.
if Jessica is the provider you will have a horrible experience. terrible bedside manner. rude. very argumentative and unprofessional behavior all around.
I experienced not being listened to by the treating nurses. Although I am very aware of my own body and its reactions based on the fact that I've been alive for 47 years AND have had the same reactions in the past, they were dismissive of my main complaint, attempted to explain my reaction by some other cause and became defensive when I challenged them by reciting their medical experience to me.
