I needed an urgent care while out of state and didn't have many options in a remote area. I went in for a sinus infection and with an appointment was in and out quite quickly on a Saturday morning. I can't attest to more severe issues, but everyone from the front desk to the PA was very pleasant. I was able to leave with an antibiotic and continue on with my trip.

I put 2 stars because the staff there are nice however if you pay with your credit card they hold your card information to charge it whenever they want. It's illegal to hold credit card information after 30 days. I tried calling numerous times and everytime I sit on the phone for an hour waiting to speak to a representative.

Now means wait over 3 hours to be seen it would be faster to go to the emergency room. My friend was taken back to a room over an hour ago after waiting 2 hours in the waiting room and still has not been seen.

Absolutely horrible! Waited there the lady behind the desk looked right at me and just continued look in her mirror, put her mirror a way and then put her head down. There was 3 of of waiting in line and 2 of us left.

I went into wellnow experiencing stomach pain and back pain, i took an at home UTI test which was positive so i decided to go and get it checked out. The nurse was extremely pleasant, but the PA/doctor i saw was absolutely awful. i have never been degraded and told how wrong i was before and how i should go somewhere else to get checked out. Took my daughter in tonight because she was having a hard time breathing, I was originally told they could not see her because I did not have her insurance card and they can not look it up, my insurance company, tricare does not issue cards and my daughter has been seen at this location before, then they said that all the pharmacies in the are are closed and they cold not give her medicine if she needed it anyway and told me to just take her to the ER or somewhere else. It would be nice If they spent as much time on patients as they spend on the slushy machine, telephones and eating. Been here 2 hours. 2 cars in the parking lot....but they had a food delivery 60 minutes ago! Still no doctor!

Very very bad experience. The PA Jane from Pennsylvania was less than helpful and condescending to boot. No one should be subjected to that when Sick. I recommend skipping the frustration and just go to an ER or better urgent care facility. Worst medical experience of my life.
