I've been here a few times since this urgent care became WellNow, and I think next time I have to visit an urgent care, I'll try the other one in town. First, the desk staff can sometimes be great and super-polite. Other times they have been so incredibly rude I just have to think they must hate life. Arrived and checked in. I was number 5 on the list. And hour later, still number 5. 2.5 hours later, I was number 7. I actually left at an hour and half when my name disappeared off the list and went to a different urgent care place. I went in to cancel my registration and saw my place in line. I had no issue with the clinic. Their billing practices are egregious!!!!! Received a bill 3 months after the office call. A threatening letter, that we will be turned over to collections. I made a phone call and was told that they would re bill insurance. As soon as I got off the phone the charged my debit card $152. I was told that the charge was a mistake and that I would have my refund in 2 weeks. I've been trying to get my money back for over 2 months now. My insurance paid them over 5 weeks ago. I have been coming to Monroe Urgent care for a few years now, usually for emergency situations when I need a prescription to help me fight a bad cold so I don't have to call in work sick. Every time I came in it was quick, simple, and professional. Staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel safe trusting my health with them. Unfortunately that's not how my visit went today. The clinlic is disgusting the rooms are a mess they are supposed to be clean & sanitized. The facility needs to be CLOSED DOWN. I will never go there again. I advise no one else to visit their Facilities.

I've been coming here for my entire life and every single time I walk in there I'm "welcomed" with the attitude of their front desk workers. I should feel welcomed to come to this place with mine and my child's health issues.
