I got something in my eye, ended up in a bad way, and went to this urgent care around 5pm on Saturday 7/25. The check-in process was smooth and there was no wait. The PA on duty was exceptional. She walked me through each step of the exam, explained everything clearly, and managed to be both professional and caring. She was even able to advise on which pharmacy would be open late for me to pick up my prescription. I would go out of my way to go to this urgent care again.
I have used WellNow a few times now, and each time is a good experience! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have always provided quality care quickly. Whether it's been an ankle injury that needed an x-ray or sinus and upper respiratory infections that needed antibiotics, they have, and continue to be, a solid option for when I need care quickly.
Beyond incredible! My family was staying at Greek Peak for the weekend and my daughter cut her finger. The PA and nurse who took care of us were amazing. They were fabulous with my three year old, were super patient, and treated the whole family with such care and kindness. Don't hesitate to use this urgent care whether you are a local or a visitor. We are very grateful for the providers who took care of my daughter. We were in and out in less than an hour.

This urgent care was wonderful. The radiologist, nurse, receptionist, and nurse practitioner were all friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. The visit was efficient, and I left feeling confident about my care. I highly recommend this location for anyone who needs prompt, compassionate medical attention.
