I stopped in at the Cortland location when my doctor’s office couldn’t get me in, and I’m so glad I did. It was my first time there, and the office was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The entire staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Natalia was especially great—she was understanding, took the time to listen, and was very thorough during my visit. I truly appreciated the care I received and would absolutely recommend WellNow to others.
I made an appointment but I had a issues with my insurance,(my fault) and they waited for me even though it took me a half hour to fix. They took me back right away and the doctor was in shortly after. I did not have to wait long. When the doctor came in, she took her time and made sure I was taken care of. She made me feel like a person and not just a number or just another patient. I definitely would recommend them. 10/10
5 Stars for Well Now and their staff. I showed up 25 minutes before closing and they got me right in. I didn’t wait at all! I had a severe ear pain from a double ear infection. Check in was simple, nurse was quick, and provider was efficient. They got me a prescription to the only pharmacy that was open. I highly recommend Well Now. I will be using them again in the future.
Prompt attention to my problem from all staff involved. NP Natalia was exceptional in that she explained things very well and took her time to assure that I understood what needed to be done. Very helpful. Glad they are there.
Fast, and friendly services! They actually listen and provide you with answers and solutions. Definitely recommend Well Now to anybody in need of urgent care. The online scheduling and registration make it easy to walk in and be seen right away. Best place in town, thank you Well Now staff!
