Same day appointments were available. I arrived 10 minutes early and I was able to be evaluated, treatment was sent to my pharmacy and I was back out the door only 15 minutes after my appointment time. I know that won’t be everyone’s experience but they got me in quickly, listened to my concerns and performed the necessary testing immediately so that I could start to feel better sooner. They were quick but thorough and I will be using the facility again if I’m ever in need of urgent care.
I was seen at the Cortland Well Now Urgent Care and can't say enough how well I was cared for. The registration process was very quick. I was taken right back to a room and my nurse took my vitals, checked my medications and in less than 10 minutes my Provider Natalya McCormick NP was in to see me. My care was excellent! She gave me a thorough exam, listened to my concerns and went over my plan of care! All was above and beyond. What a wonderful option for Urgent care for our Community! Thank you for helping me feel better!
It was very easy to make an appointment online. I was seen within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. Natalia was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this facility again if necessary.
Staff was efficient, caring, competent, appropriatelt friendly. Given how few people it appeared were there, I felt like it was a long time after first person took medical information till I saw the next person. In fact, I was either about to look for someone or leave when yet another staff person came in. After all this preliminary action, the actual treatment was very efficient and speedy. Good care.
I can not say enough great things about this facility. Spotless, extremely comfortable and the staff - - every single one I encountered was amazing! Extremely friendly, professional and compassionate. Would not hesitate to recommend - phenomenal experience.
