I don't think it makes a difference whether you make an appointment or not, I was one of only two people in the lobby and still had to wait more than 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. However, Kathy the nurse was very nice and friendly and I was able to get the treatment I needed. The doctor was super nice too but I didn't hear her name. Very friendly and helpful medical staff for sure, just a bit of a wait even if there's seemingly not that many people there.

We brought our daughter in today right when they opened at 8am and afterwards she told me, "I want to come back every day!!!" Immaculately clean... Free pac man video game to play, a slushie machine, bags of chips... that definitely helps to perk up a kiddo Plus the staff was kind and we were in and out within a half hour! highly recommended! And our local facebook group is FULL of rave reviews as well! (I took a screenshot and blocked out people's info)
This location was absolutely fantastic today! From the kindness of all staff, cleanliness of the facility, and technology just amazing. There was minimal wait time, which was great. I truly can't thank PA Battaglia and Kathy enough for the wonderful patient care today! I left the office with a peace of mind. Highly recommend this location!
Over charged and I haven't been compensated. It's been 4 months with frequent phone calls.

They don't listen... I went in because my 2 middle fingers on my hand were locking and causing extreme pain. The gave me a thumb splint and a script for a steroid. I also handed them paperwork that needed to be filled out and faxed to my work. The only half listened and didn't take the fax number to fax it to my work. Instead they faxed it to some random number on the form. I reached out to work and they got nothing.
