I would've given a five, but I had to pay upfront for my kids sports because they don't charge insurance for them. The staff is amazing. It was as painless as possible for physicals two teenage boys at a and I highly recommend them worth the $60 to get them done And the kids can practice with their team on time. Office staff helped get paperwork done super fast as much as possible as she gave extra snacks to my boys when we left the Slurpee machine and coffee is always a bonus. Excellent care. My husband was seen immediately upon arrival. He was very pleased with his care. He is being treated for Lymphoma, so follow up for any issue has to be immediate. The NP actually left a message for his Oncologist outlining her treatment plan.
Waste of time made my son sit there for over an hour with a fishing hook in his finger. said they would be right back to numb it 45 minutes later came back said there's nothing they could do. what a joke place is nothing but lazy wanna be doctors better off going to the hospital

Wellnow now accepts Excellus. It is too bad they cannot perform a simple function like billing my insurance. Stay away.

I had an appointment for 10:40, and I got there at 10:45/10:50 but I called and said I was on my way. She said there were a few people ahead of me still waiting so I was ok. When I got there I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half and then finally got into a room I waited in the room for another hour. I finally left at 1:00pm without being seen because I had my sons with me and they were getting restless. They tried to get me to stay but I left. It was absolutely ridiculous.
