Mackenzie and her team were spectacular. As busy as the clinic was they still managed to treat each patient with kindness and respect. Their friendly demeanor made me feel relaxed. They took great care of me and I’m on my way to recovery.
I never liked the idea of "fast food" style health or dental establishments, but having taken my mother in law previously, I knew this would be a better alternative to wait for my Dr or another walk in at a hospital. The staff was so warm and friendly, quick, and efficient. When I had an issue with my health insurance card they figured out a work around solution that resolved everything. I think I might prefer this clinic to the other walk ins now.
Clean, well organized front experience. Receptionist/scheduler was friendly and helpful. LPN and the nurse practitioner were professional and friendly. My lab results were returned promptly and the prescription has cleared up my infection.
The facility was very clean. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner I saw seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. The only thing I wish I had been given was a paper showing my diagnosis and treatment.
Great staff, very clean and well-maintained facility, even a lounge with an old-school Pacman box! Free coffee/tea station with a Keurig/sugar/creamer/e5c., which I was so very happy to see on that particular visit. I was in for OCC-MED, and I had booked an appointment but was quite late. It was made a non-issue and I got right in to be seen.
