I never liked the idea of "fast food" style health or dental establishments, but having taken my mother in law previously, I knew this would be a better alternative to wait for my Dr or another walk in at a hospital. The staff was so warm and friendly, quick, and efficient. When I had an issue with my health insurance card they figured out a work around solution that resolved everything. I think I might prefer this clinic to the other walk ins now.
Mackenzie and her team were spectacular. As busy as the clinic was they still managed to treat each patient with kindness and respect. Their friendly demeanor made me feel relaxed. They took great care of me and I’m on my way to recovery.
The facility was very clean. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner I saw seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. The only thing I wish I had been given was a paper showing my diagnosis and treatment.
This place was not great at all. I came in, had to fill out a form from a QR code, their form wouldn't work. I used their tablet, wouldn't work. Got another tablet, finally worked. I was 2nd in line, they ended up pushing me back more without telling me. They kept asking who I was and what I was even their for. I was in their for my ears hurting, didn't even look when they checked my ear. They said I was fine and to take a nasle spray. I asked for them to look again and they didn't. This is the second time I've had to go an Urgent Care. The staff at Well Now in Elmira are very caring and professional in the care they gave me. They answered all my questions and explained the diagnosis and treatment. I hit a good day as I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen by the nurse & Dr. Thank you!
