Good care. Not looking to just throw medicine at you. I don't like the check in process you pretty much do all the work of the receptionist for them on an ipad. When you are sick its a miserable process that takes too long.
We were in and out in just over an hour. We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was nobody else there. NP Julie was AMAZING! she took the time to listen and we did not feel rushed. The rest of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!
The doctors have been good. They typically have made correct diagnoses. The billing system is horrible. They cannot bill my insurance correctly. They sometimes just forget to bill the insurance company, and then you have to go through a long process of speaking with multiple phonelines just to get them to bill the insurance in the first place. From the moment I was checked in, I was greeted with professionalism. My throat was sore, so it was extremely nice to have a cup of hot cider while waiting to be seen. My Dr. was extremely professional and handled my care and questions extremely well. Thank you for the great care!
Unprofessional staff. Uneducated nurse practitioner. Was more interested in sending me to the ER than to do a diagnosis did an ekg for insurance money one was not needed physician at hospital said she has no idea why they sent me there my ekg was perfectly fine. They just didn't want to do their job and care for patients. I will die before I enter the doors ever again and remember word of mouth goes a long ways.
