If I could give no stars, I would. WellNow provided terrible medical services to my daughter and charged me $1,000 when they should have billed my insurance company, but did not. Many excuses later (billing ticket created with no followup, they cant call my insurance company for whatever BS reason, etc, etc). Run fast from this organization!
Nice staff on phone and in person, instead of walking in i called and made an appointment. I was clearly in the middle of my work day uniform and all. I waited over 2 hours in a closed room for a dot physical after filling out paper work that was already filled out online . I will never be back the entire visit took about 3 hours. Arrived at Cadillac well now clinic as a walk in get told I have six people ahead of me that we're by appointments and would have to wait or schedule an appointment my time is valuable why is it called a walk in when it really isn't anymore they need to stop saying that if it's appointment only
