Took my 1 year old here as we were away from home. Julie, the nurse practitioner was phenomenal and so was the nurse who took the vitals (apologies I don’t have her name). They were so friendly and sweet to our boy. Was quick to confirm our suspicions of an ear infection and just as quick to send in a script and get us out of there. Highly recommend this location.
Good experience from start to finish. I appreciate the time the Doctor spent with me and really listened to my concerns. He explained things in an easy to understand fashion. You folks are a great addition to the Cadillac area!
I’ve been here several times with my son over the past couple years. I like the ease of which I can register him to be seen online, and even more importantly, the level of care and compassion from the clinic staff. The hours are great, too.
The staff were all very kind and caring, I injured my knee and they all were super helpful Amber even helped me back to my truck! Got through the visit very quick and Dr. Kristine was extremely knowledgeable and was very nice and caring. Would recommend this Urgent care to anyone in need!
Unlike other Urgent care places I've been to, this place felt more like Primary care. Nice people who listen, and take their time. I feel like it fills a void.
