Great experience here. So much so that I wanted to leave a thorough review…I had a cut that wouldn’t stop bleeding and my husband and I decided we thought it needed medical attention. He found Wellnow Urgent Care and we just decided to drive over without an appointment. We were lucky that there was no one waiting and the woman who helped us was kind. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received from Melissa McCarthy, the provider, and Lisa, the nurse. After multiple visits to the ER and my primary care physician without answers, Melissa was the first to truly take the time to listen and thoroughly evaluate my symptoms. Thanks to her thoughtful and accurate diagnosis, I’m finally starting to feel better. I can’t thank Melissa and Lisa enough for their compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care.
Wonderful urgent care! Took great care of my son. Didn’t hurt that they had fresh coffee and icees and a lounge with a pac man game machine! Staff was so sweet and helpful. Also they were so fast and thorough!!
I was feeling pretty sick with sore throat and a few other symptoms. Maybe not enough to go to hospital but certainly needed to be seen by a professional. I went to WellNow. Check in was easy. I was immediately taken to an exam room. After preliminary stuff, Sarah came in. Biggest thing for me ... she listened as I explained problems. She asked questions. I'm very satisfied with the entire experience. This place is totally professional from the minute you walk in till the minute you walk out.
I’ve always had great experiences with WellNow — until now. I had a scheduled appointment for a pre-employment physical, but the front desk staff was taking walk-ins ahead of me. When I asked about this, I was told that patients are seen in order of arrival and that having an appointment does not prioritize you over a walk-in.
