I was presently surprised as to how fast I was taken care of. It was a vertgue visit and at first I wasn't too happy about that but the girl in the office Assisted me and it was a great experience. I was able to get my antibiotics and a culture test which was exactly what I was hoping for. Girl was very pleasant even though they were closing in an hour when I got there. I would diffently recommend Wellnow on Niagara Falls Blvd.
Visited the WellNow location at Niagara Falls Blvd and Sheridan Drive yesterday morning when I was experiencing symptoms. I was staying at a hotel and was visiting from out of town so I did not have any local physician to contact. I was able to schedule an appointment online and fill in the needed information online as well. I was greeted at the front desk politely and professionally. I just had a horrible experience on my second visit. The first time it went well. I got stitches and doctor is super nice. There was a communication problem on my second visit. I was traveling in NYC and got stitches removal in NYC since doctor told me I had to do removal after 7-10 days. However, there was still a 2mm cut when I came back. Great experience here. So much so that I wanted to leave a thorough review…I had a cut that wouldn’t stop bleeding and my husband and I decided we thought it needed medical attention. He found Wellnow Urgent Care and we just decided to drive over without an appointment. We were lucky that there was no one waiting and the woman who helped us was kind. On Monday, November 24th, I went to WellNow for an ear irrigation (a warm water + peroxide flush) because my right ear had started to ache — usually a sign that wax has built up again. I’ve been through this many times before because my ear canals are tiny and narrow, and WellNow has always handled it just fine. This visit was the exception. The assistant who worked with me was wonderful. She was friendly, careful, and mindful of my weirdly small ear canals. She even managed to remove some wax without causing discomfort. ... read more
