Great experience here. So much so that I wanted to leave a thorough review…I had a cut that wouldn’t stop bleeding and my husband and I decided we thought it needed medical attention. He found Wellnow Urgent Care and we just decided to drive over without an appointment. We were lucky that there was no one waiting and the woman who helped us was kind. Wonderful urgent care! Took great care of my son. Didn’t hurt that they had fresh coffee and icees and a lounge with a pac man game machine! Staff was so sweet and helpful. Also they were so fast and thorough!!
Probably the very best experience I have ever had at any Well Now or similar urgent care. Every person was friendly, kind, caring and didnt make me feel like a burden. From the time I walked in until I left it was a fast, efficient, really good experience.
Quick registration process via link. Comfortable waiting room chairs and exam rooms are very clean. Friendly, helpful staff, and a bonus coffee machine while waiting.
Understaffed but needs to improve their current staff. I waited 2 hours to be seen for an appointment I scheduled and showed up on time for. The people ahead of me waited 1 hour and 40 minutes.. My problem is the woman at the front desk and one of the nurses. Nobody had name tags on so I do not know their names, the front desk attendant checking people in was rude in her demeanor & tone, and did not allow me to wait in my car for those two hours.
