This was my first visit here, and it will definitely be my last. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:20 PM, but I still ended up waiting for over 2 1/2 hours. I asked multiple times how many people were ahead of me, and each time I was told there were only about four or five people. The staff seemed miserable and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Waited for 2 hours for a urine test, horrible. They lost my appointment and I was in and out of rooms and they had no idea what they were doing. I will never come back. I got charged 85$ then I got told they lost my appointment. What does that mean. Why charge me and then have to refund me. This place is awful, the worst.

i'm Never coming back all they did was waste my time, the receptionist is in a horrible mood and it made my day worse ,she would not accept my insurance card when it was valid. Hire somebody who actually wants to do their job to help the patients feel welcomed.
