On Monday, November 24th, I went to WellNow for an ear irrigation (a warm water + peroxide flush) because my right ear had started to ache — usually a sign that wax has built up again. I’ve been through this many times before because my ear canals are tiny and narrow, and WellNow has always handled it just fine. This visit was the exception. Visited the WellNow location at Niagara Falls Blvd and Sheridan Drive yesterday morning when I was experiencing symptoms. I was staying at a hotel and was visiting from out of town so I did not have any local physician to contact. I was able to schedule an appointment online and fill in the needed information online as well. I was greeted at the front desk politely and professionally. I just had a horrible experience on my second visit. The first time it went well. I got stitches and doctor is super nice. There was a communication problem on my second visit. I was traveling in NYC and got stitches removal in NYC since doctor told me I had to do removal after 7-10 days. However, there was still a 2mm cut when I came back. I remember that the doctor told me that I can come back to take a look to see if it recovers well. Therefore, I revisited the site. I was concerned if I would pay for this second visit. ... read more
What is this magical doctor's office? They have slushies and a pinball machine. The nurse was one of the nicest human beings I think I've ever met and the doctor was kind as well. I recommend this urgent care office 10000/10. It did take an hour and they didn't seem too busy but well worth the wait.
Great experience here. So much so that I wanted to leave a thorough review…I had a cut that wouldn’t stop bleeding and my husband and I decided we thought it needed medical attention. He found Wellnow Urgent Care and we just decided to drive over without an appointment. We were lucky that there was no one waiting and the woman who helped us was kind.
