Wonderful urgent care! Took great care of my son. Didn’t hurt that they had fresh coffee and icees and a lounge with a pac man game machine! Staff was so sweet and helpful. Also they were so fast and thorough!!
While relatively new, this WellNOW facility helped me a lot! I’d been feeling sick for a while (months). The service was fast, professional and better than my PCP. They attack a health problem to help you. The PA (SW) was fantastic. I thank her! She should be a MD. She not only diagnosed and prescribed; but advised further courses of treatment. Understaffed but needs to improve their current staff. I waited 2 hours to be seen for an appointment I scheduled and showed up on time for. The people ahead of me waited 1 hour and 40 minutes.. My problem is the woman at the front desk and one of the nurses. Nobody had name tags on so I do not know their names, the front desk attendant checking people in was rude in her demeanor & tone, and did not allow me to wait in my car for those two hours. I went to the Well Now on Sheridan and Niagara Falls Boulevard on Sunday, January 5th due to an ear ache. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. She let me know right away, the doctor had left because of illness and I would be seen by a doctor virtually. I was skeptical but I was assured by the nurse my ear would be looked at. OMG this was my first visit, and Sarah W and her colleague were amazing! I was in/out with no issues.
