The staff is polite and welcoming Facility is convenient and clean. I was seen by a doctor quickly. The doctors and med assistants were so nice, efficient and seemed to care. I did not feel like another number. I have gone there every year for 3 years and the service has always been great.
Preregistration was easy and saved time! From the time we walked in to the time we left, we were made to feel at ease, and comfortable! Everyone was very professional, the NP was very clear in explaining my wife’s issues, and being a Retired Nurse myself, I was impressed with the whole experience!!
During our visit, I was extremely impress with the thorough examinations and compassion shown towards us. This was a reminder of how good health care should be. They are an excellent team of men and women. It's refreshing to know they still exist!
Nothing urgent about this location. Sat in the waiting room for an hour even though I had an appointment, decided I had enough when I realized there were still multiple people ahead of me and patients were coming out of the exam rooms asking when they’d be seen by a doctor. Receptionist thought this was all hilarious. Mind you this “waiting room” is like 5 chairs all close together. I didn’t even care that I already paid, I just wanted to get out of there asap. If I can give them a zero I would! Appointment at 210. Sick, diarrhea and sore throat at 4:05 still no one in room! ALL to busy watching bills game that has a score of 40 to 7 game???? Uncalled for and shows the disrespect every single clinician, assistant, nurse have for their patients! Go to degraff in North Tonawanda if not like threatening! They are quick and much nicer staff
