Everyone was very kind, my experience was definitely a good one. I highly recommend them you just don’t find many doctors or staff that make you feel like they are actually listening to you. Great job to all the staff your welcoming kindness will definitely affect many in a wonderful way.
I love how you can go online to schedule an appointment and I haven't had any wait time yet. They have been very kind and helpful to me and my children as well. There services are 100% comparable to any of our local offices with added perks of snacks, drinks, and gaming in the lobby. They're hours of operation have saved me from using hospital ER services 3 times now.
Your better off waiting to see your primary care provider if you can wait. One fee $165, with or without basic tests. You'll be sent to the ER or your primary care physician anyways. The staff were nice, just not worth the visit if you can wait.
The staff at Well Care were all so friendly and professional. I was seen almost immediately but did not feel rushed at all. My only regret is that I didn’t have a slushy…….
It was Saturday evening and I had a need to see a medical professional for a non-emergency diagnosis as quickly as possible. I was able to go online and schedule my own appointment for Sunday morning 8:30 am and pre-register beforehand. When I showed up, they were ready for me. Everything was performed in a timely, professional matter and I was on my way. Perfect service for an imperfect, bad-timing situation. I'd go again in a heartbeat.
