Highly recommend my daughter and I both came to wellnow when we're sick. Found out I had a lower respiratory infection and she had pneumonia. Highly recommend the staff they were quick and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They were top notch and I highly recommend them.
Even though this location participates with my insurance they wanted to bill me the full $180. My copay is $60. I had a horrible experience with them last May trying to get my $120 back - took several hours of calling and three months. I went back today to give them a second chance. My mistake because even though I was in their system they wanted the full amount. what s scam. The office people might be great but the billing part is terrible.
