The provider was incredibly good with my child (who wasn't even the patient) and very helpful to me. Quick and professional. Will definitely be back if ever necessary.
The staff were extra friendly. I love that because when I'm sick I don't need attitude. The waiting area has coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Not to mention an Icee machine! They have snacks also. Doc Andrew worked his magic and I'm feeling better already! 💪🏼😁 This is a picture on the wall in my room 👇🏼 Lovely!
The only negative was the wait. I had a 2:30 appointment and I didn’t get in until after 3. I got there early and I was 3rd in line. I know they are working on a new system so maybe that was part of it. I’m retired and I didn’t really have any place to be so it really was no problem. I kind of expect a wait at doctors offices. Once I got into the examining room, it wasnt long at all! All the staff was kind and courteous. I would go back again!
Everyone here was very nice.! I have not had a good experience with doctors lately but Dr Green made me feel very comfortable and took his time with me. I appreciate you and will return 🙂
I paid up front at the visit and was told the testing that I received was covered by my insurance. A month later I received a bill for the testing that was supposed to be covered. Okay, fine, I thought. I paid the bill. Only to find out that after I manually paid, they automatically subtracted the same amount from my bank account. I got charged twice for the same bill.
