The staff were extra friendly. I love that because when I'm sick I don't need attitude. The waiting area has coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Not to mention an Icee machine! They have snacks also. Doc Andrew worked his magic and I'm feeling better already! 💪🏼😁 This is a picture on the wall in my room 👇🏼 Lovely!
Very friendly staff. The nurse was so patient and kind, she did not rush me thru her part of the visit she made me feel very welcome. The Dr was very nice, professional and listened to me. She was caring. This will be my first place to go when needed .
There were a few people ahead of me but didn't have to wait too long. Had a great experience from the time i walked in to the time i left. The staff were very friendly and compassionate. I didn't feel rushed and the doctor listened to me and explained everything very clearly to me. It was nice to have a doctor that actually showed they cared about their patient!
Staff was very helpful, super friendly, and they listen. They made you feel welcomed and not a patient to rush in and out. We need more caring doctors and nurses like you!
We’ve been to Well Now Sturgis many times, but today really was so great. Kim, and nurse Tara were outstanding and it truly felt like we were in a small town doctor’s office. They both were so kind, patient and thorough. Kim, who wasn’t feeling so great herself, went through our previous appointments because we just can’t kick this. I appreciate her taking extra time to figure this out. Check in staff is always wonderful!
