We had a great experience here. It's nice that you can actually schedule a time. When we went we were the only ones there. The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctor spent a good amount of time with my husband (he had an elbow injury) and explained options thoroughly. They have complimentary coffee, and you can get a complimentary slushie after your appointment!

This place gave me a correct diagnosis after a different location gave me a wrong one, which led to me getting sicker for an extra week. Glad they figured it out and actually listened to me. Very kind, respected my time, and thorough. Thanks!

I always go here for my urgent care needs and they have always been super friendly and helpful. I am glad they are available to see when I can't get in right away to my primary.
I'm a healthy woman in middle age and attended the WellNow Urgent Care in the Rochester NY area for a gastrointestinal complaint. The only test completed was a urine sample to test for UTI. Instead, unknown to me, they sent the sample to Syracuse NY and tested for five other parameters and billed me close to $500 a month later and without my consent. DO NOT GO. I have never written a review in my life but this place deserves it. The front desk does not know what they are doing. I was in town visiting family for the holidays. Went in at my "appointment time" and still waited 1.5 hours. I was told it is just a time slot and not an appointment time...then maybe you should specify that. I entered all my insurance information online prior to the visit, and when I checked in, the woman at the desk said I was all set. Was given alarming information without proper confirmation or explanation. Staff were dismissive and passive when I asked questions. Follow-up testing at another clinic contradicted their diagnosis. This experience caused unnecessary stress and fear. I would not return."

Would not recommend. Facility is nice but proper examination not done leading to misdiagnosis.
