This is by far the best WellNow Urgent Care center that I have ever been to, and I have been to serveral around Rochester. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. It has a really good feel to it. They also got me in pretty quick, too. My wait time was so much shorter than it has been at other locations. I would highly recommend this location to others!
I had THE BEST experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility. From the minute we walked in at reception, to the X-ray tech and everyone in between, they were amazing. Adrianna P was the PA that took care of me and she was delightful. So warm, caring and super thorough. I highly recommend this WellNow.
This is the best urgent care center I have ever been to, hands-down! The receptionist was welcoming, organized, and helpful. The nurse was friendly, thorough, and compassionate. The PA was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure I understood my diagnosis and instructions. The wait time was less than a minute, and they sent my prescription order to the pharmacy immediately. They also have free coffee, tea, slushies, and video games in the lobby. Amazing experience!!!
4 stars instead of 5 because I took the time to enter all my information on an app, but then was told that the two systems weren't communicating with each other and the receptionist had to put them in by hand. That was a bit frustrating. The whole reason I went to this location was to save time by going somewhere that was open at 8 rather than at 9. Careful and comprehensive evaluation. Listened and didn’t jump to “easy” DX/conclusions. Provided the level of care I’d hope to receive from my PCP, if she wasn’t overloaded with patients, constrained by insurance, and unable to see me. I’d highly recommend this urgent care. Staff all impressed me. I wish they were connected to my electronic medical records. But the trade off in attentive and knowledgeable care makes that inconvenience worth it.
