It was a Sunday and I had an ear ache and sinus headache. I decided to go to Well Now instead of waiting until Monday to call my Doctor. The wait time was minimal. I saw a Nurse Practioner. She was thorough and diagnosed me with acute sinusitis and ear infection. Perscribed an antibiotic and nasal spray. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Very personable and caring. I would recommend Well Now as a great alternative when your doctor is unavailable.
Honestly, the environment here and the staff is very superior to other surrounding urgent cares. My family and I were 110% pleased with the service, kindness and more. I can't thank them enough - from the front office staff, to the nurse to the provider. Wonderful place. 10/10!
The urgent care Doctor that I saw via tele med was very good. Urgent care its self has gone down hill. I had an appointment (since you can make them online) and when I arrived at Urgent care was told there was an hour wait. I was not seen for 3 hours. They claimed that under the new Urgent care only 1 patient can be seen at a time and they put your name in a pool for Dr's, until 1 dr of 400 chooses your file. This is in Dubois, but they claimed all Urgent cares are the same.
Check in without notice was quick and very easy. The services and guidance provided to me by Cassandra Swatsworth was spot on. The environment is very comforting as relaxing before and during the examination. Never do or have felt “rushed” when visiting. Will also come here for any issues or health questions that I may encounter.
Such wonderful and compassionate care. Service was quick and every single staff member was so kind and considerate. Plus they have free slushies and Pac Man in the waiting room. So cool! Very neat and clean place as well. Best urgent care clinic I've ever been too. And I love the fact that they did my x-rays right on sight and had my results right away.
