Ease of scheduling and registration at home was great! Everyone was soooo nice!! All my questions were answered and was in for a cough that would not go away on its own and that night was the first night in over 4 weeks that I was able to sleep through the night without waking up coughing due to the regimen and scripts they gave me! Such a relief! So beyond thankful for how nice everyone was!! 😊 that in itself make the process to much easier! Will definitely go there if needed again!
Very nice people and experience. You can tell they care about you. I was offered something to drink twice. Lady came around offering free drink and snack. Registration was a breeze. Everyone was pleasant. Easy to get a appointment. Very satisfied with my visit.
It was easy to set an appointment thru their website and select the time I would arrive to the clinic. The waiting room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and I felt they truly cared for me. It was great to be able to get my chest x-ray done right there instead of having to go to the hospital. I was taken care of in a timely matter. The girl that did my vitals was friendly and even got me a water. The doctor was very thorough and made sure I was checked for everything she thought it to be. I felt well taken care of. I would recommend Wellnow to all of my family and friends.
Went into Wellnow since my cedar chest decided to jump out and grab my left foot. Check in was easy, got into an exam room right away; doctor checked my toe and decided we needed a xray to be safe, I was expecting them to tell me my toe was broken. But it wasn’t. Just a bad bruise that will take 4 weeks to heal. I was in and out in under 2 hours. That was so much better than a six or twelve hour wait at the local er department.
