Check in without notice was quick and very easy. The services and guidance provided to me by Cassandra Swatsworth was spot on. The environment is very comforting as relaxing before and during the examination. Never do or have felt “rushed” when visiting. Will also come here for any issues or health questions that I may encounter.
I was on a cross country trip home with a severe finger injury and needed wound care as I was in immense pain. Immediately, when walking into the WellNow Urgent Care clinic, I was greeted by a considerate, efficient receptionist. Such wonderful and compassionate care. Service was quick and every single staff member was so kind and considerate. Plus they have free slushies and Pac Man in the waiting room. So cool! Very neat and clean place as well. Best urgent care clinic I've ever been too. And I love the fact that they did my x-rays right on sight and had my results right away.
We love all the staff! They are all so wonderful, attentive and caring. This is the only place we will go especially if it's for our kiddos. They are so fast and you rarely have to wait especially if you have an appointment. You can fill out all your forms online before you go. It's great! Very clean!! Highly recommend!!
I had my doubts walking in because I had a virtual order for a test from my employer. Walked up to registration and a very nice man looked at the virtual order, took some info and asked me to email the order to him. It took less than a minute (their wi-fi is very good) and I was then added to the queue. I waited maybe all of 8 minutes until my name was called and I went back for the blood test.
