This was my first experience at WellNow. I went because of an infected tooth, pain and swelling. Everyone was very pleasant! I was seen by the nurse as soon as my paperwork was done and in no time at all Mallory NP was in to check me. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and ordered an antibiotic and I was on my way! Thank you to all the staff at WellNow. I will be back if ever I have an urgent need again! Thank you!
I’ve visited this urgent care twice, and both times I was treated with kindness from start to finish. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, the nurse and provider made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. It’s such a relief to walk into a place where everyone is genuinely kind. Highly recommend.
My daughter, who is 19, went for a work physical which was being paid for BY HER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT! She doesn’t have a drivers license yet (she is going soon) but she needed the physical right away. So we went to wellnow to get it done. When they asked her for ID, I told them I had mine, plus her birth certificate AND social security card. Which is PLENTY enough to prove she is who she says she is. Love this place and its staff. They are so very caring and thorough. Went in with an awful chest/throat cough Wednesday. Thought they'd just give me some cough medicine to deal with it. They took it more seriously than I did, took a chest x-ray, prescribed a steroid pack and an inhaler, told me to return in three days if not better so we'll see. . . Such wonderful and compassionate care. Service was quick and every single staff member was so kind and considerate. Plus they have free slushies and Pac Man in the waiting room. So cool! Very neat and clean place as well. Best urgent care clinic I've ever been too. And I love the fact that they did my x-rays right on sight and had my results right away.
