Check in without notice was quick and very easy. The services and guidance provided to me by Cassandra Swatsworth was spot on. The environment is very comforting as relaxing before and during the examination. Never do or have felt “rushed” when visiting. Will also come here for any issues or health questions that I may encounter.

Such wonderful and compassionate care. Service was quick and every single staff member was so kind and considerate. Plus they have free slushies and Pac Man in the waiting room. So cool! Very neat and clean place as well. Best urgent care clinic I've ever been too. And I love the fact that they did my x-rays right on sight and had my results right away.

I was on a cross country trip home with a severe finger injury and needed wound care as I was in immense pain. Immediately, when walking into the WellNow Urgent Care clinic, I was greeted by a considerate, efficient receptionist. Very soon, I was seen by an energetic, engaged female intake staff member who took my vitals and assured me that the nurse on duty was very strong in treatment. Well now in Dubois is the best place ever for urgent care. I have been a healthcare professional for over 40 years and never received better care anywhere. Cassandra and the entire team were efficient, compassionate and well informed. Go there for urgent care!!

Stephanie was very kind and very attentive. I could feel that she actually cared about my symptoms. She was very knowledgeable, and thorough considering how fast my visit was.
