This was my first experience at WellNow. I went because of an infected tooth, pain and swelling. Everyone was very pleasant! I was seen by the nurse as soon as my paperwork was done and in no time at all Mallory NP was in to check me. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and ordered an antibiotic and I was on my way! Thank you to all the staff at WellNow. I will be back if ever I have an urgent need again! Thank you!
I’ve visited this urgent care twice, and both times I was treated with kindness from start to finish. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, the nurse and provider made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. It’s such a relief to walk into a place where everyone is genuinely kind. Highly recommend.
Very friendly staff and doctor. Felt comfortable immediately. The doctor was kind, caring and straightforward. My favorite part of my visit was when I was Leaving, they all said goodbye and told me to feel better. Also, they have a slushie machine that’s free!!! Would definitely go there again.
Check in without notice was quick and very easy. The services and guidance provided to me by Cassandra Swatsworth was spot on. The environment is very comforting as relaxing before and during the examination. Never do or have felt “rushed” when visiting. Will also come here for any issues or health questions that I may encounter.
My daughter, who is 19, went for a work physical which was being paid for BY HER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT! She doesn’t have a drivers license yet (she is going soon) but she needed the physical right away. So we went to wellnow to get it done. When they asked her for ID, I told them I had mine, plus her birth certificate AND social security card. Which is PLENTY enough to prove she is who she says she is. And to my knowledge, I don’t believe there is a huge issue with people going for physicals and using someone else’s name 🤦🏼... read more
