I unfortunately had to visit here for the first time last night. Everyone I interacted with was so nice. Cassie the provider was very sweet even gave me a couple extra supplies to get me through. my appointment was quick they were efficient. They also have a slushie machine for on your way out. Definitely a bonus. If I have to make trips to an urgent care again it will definitely be this one
It was a bit of a wait but that can't be helped when they're busy. Everyone was very nice though and my provider was awesome! She got right down to business addressed all of my issues and then some! She was so pleasant too! I went to this place rather than another place that I had been to before because I needed to bring my grandon to this one and found it far superior!
I had to stop by here due to an upper respiratory illness that just wouldn’t go away. Every single person was very nice and polite and everything was clean, two things you appreciate when you aren’t feeling the best! The wait time was quick, about an hour, which isn’t bad at all compared to going to an ER. Definitely will be coming back here in the future if needed.
I stayed in DuBois for the night and woke up with the need for medical care first thing in the morning. The entire staff was extremely friendly and kind. I walked-in and after filling out their intake form was seen quickly and left in an hour or less. They were even able to help me pick out a good pharmacy since I was only passing through and didn't know where to go. I would gladly return to this location again if I was ever in town and in need.
As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile. You are kept in the loop as to how long your wait is by text message. The staff is most definitely top notch! They care about you as the patient and not just another person or number. From intake, getting blood pressure checked to the doctor, truly a great facility. Plus when your visit is done, you get a snack & a slushy.
