I’ve visited this urgent care twice, and both times I was treated with kindness from start to finish. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, the nurse and provider made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. It’s such a relief to walk into a place where everyone is genuinely kind. Highly recommend.
Very friendly staff and doctor. Felt comfortable immediately. The doctor was kind, caring and straightforward. My favorite part of my visit was when I was Leaving, they all said goodbye and told me to feel better. Also, they have a slushie machine that’s free!!! Would definitely go there again.
The urgent care Doctor that I saw via tele med was very good. Urgent care its self has gone down hill. I had an appointment (since you can make them online) and when I arrived at Urgent care was told there was an hour wait. I was not seen for 3 hours. They claimed that under the new Urgent care only 1 patient can be seen at a time and they put your name in a pool for Dr's, until 1 dr of 400 chooses your file. This is in Dubois, but they claimed all Urgent cares are the same.
After looking online and seeing it was open until 8:00 pm, we assumed we had time and arrived at 7:35. The receptionist first ignored us and went behind a wall for a few minutes. Then came out and spoke so softly, we couldn't hear anything she said. After repeating herself numerous times we figured out she was telling us we were too late and couldn't be seen. I would recommend changing the closing time to reflect when you can actually arrive and still be seen.
It was a Sunday and I had an ear ache and sinus headache. I decided to go to Well Now instead of waiting until Monday to call my Doctor. The wait time was minimal. I saw a Nurse Practioner. She was thorough and diagnosed me with acute sinusitis and ear infection. Perscribed an antibiotic and nasal spray. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Very personable and caring. I would recommend Well Now as a great alternative when your doctor is unavailable.
