This is not my first visit to WellNow and that's why I went back again. The staff is talented and happy to see you no matter what. I got X-rays and originally diagnosed with sprained wrist. The X-ray report was quickly read, but we had to take care of a fracture that was not originally seen. If that wasn't found, I would have had to return. That was good, fast service with a smile. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks for the great service.
This is the second time we have been to WellNow. Both times, the staff has been thoughtful, informative, and kind. We worked with Renee and Nick. We received excellent treatment. Prescriptions were sent in immediately. They provided water and coffee while we waited (which wasn't long). You can make appointments online, which we did the first time. We walked in this time and were taken care of swiftly and professionally. It's a really great addition to St. Marys.
My experienced at wellnow was excellent. Upon walking in the door I was met with a young lady who was very efficient and considerate then I was interviewed with a nurse practitioner who also made me comfortable and took down all my information while being efficient and polite. I was then examined by Nick Cunningham who was very considerate and thorough and explain to me what was ailing me and what I could do and went as far as to have the prescriptions called into the store immediately and ready for pickup. I’m from out of town and needed medical attention while in St. Mary’s. So easy to just walk in and be signed in and seen within 5 to 10 minutes. The staff and doctor were very professional and made me feel comfortable and heard. So great to have this place when ill or hurt! Don’t hesitate to go get help there.
Online registration was easy and convenient. There was a very short wait upon arrival. We were taken back, and the nurse came in right away to ask questions and check her vitals. Within 15 minutes of the nurse leaving, the PA came in. She listened to us and gave us a couple of options. It took about 30 minutes to get back for an x-ray, but once she did, she was back in less than 5 minutes. All in all, it was an easy, fairly quick process.
