This is not my first visit to WellNow and that's why I went back again. The staff is talented and happy to see you no matter what. I got X-rays and originally diagnosed with sprained wrist. The X-ray report was quickly read, but we had to take care of a fracture that was not originally seen. If that wasn't found, I would have had to return. That was good, fast service with a smile. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks for the great service.

I had such a great experience at WellNow! I had a 2:00 appointment but arrived about 30 minutes early, and since it was a little slow, they were able to get me in right away. Every staff member I interacted with was so friendly and kind, and they worked quickly so I never had to wait long in the room for the next step. We had my daughter there for an injured foot/ankle. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. We had an initial consult, X-rays and met with the doctor… were in and out in about an hour. I was impressed and knew it would be WAY quicker than taking her to the local ER… that’s always such a hassle. The Doctor was knowledgeable and had good bedside manner. Was a great experience. (And we got slushies after the visit ;) )

This is the second time we have been to WellNow. Both times, the staff has been thoughtful, informative, and kind. We worked with Renee and Nick. We received excellent treatment. Prescriptions were sent in immediately. They provided water and coffee while we waited (which wasn't long). You can make appointments online, which we did the first time. We walked in this time and were taken care of swiftly and professionally. It's a really great addition to St. Marys.

Provider Melanie Johnson was wonderful! The whole team was wonderful really. We are from out of town and it was recommended we come here for my daughters suspected ear infection. Everyone was personable, the clinic is very relaxed, and they helped me navigate care and pharmacy pick up. Upfront cash pricing. Absolutely would come again.
