My experienced at wellnow was excellent. Upon walking in the door I was met with a young lady who was very efficient and considerate then I was interviewed with a nurse practitioner who also made me comfortable and took down all my information while being efficient and polite. I was then examined by Nick Cunningham who was very considerate and thorough and explain to me what was ailing me and what I could do and went as far as to have the prescriptions called into the store immediately and ready for pickup. I feel like 5 stars is not enough ! I work in a busy medical office and had a very stressful day so this was last place I wanted to have to take my son but the staff were amazing. From radiologist to the nurse and the provider who saw him they not only provided excellent medical care in a prompt visit but were kind , smiled and offered us a snack and drink which I was super thankful for after skipping lunch and not yet having dinner . I would highly recommend .
Been battling a severe head cold and bronchitis for a month. I finally decided to seek some care at the Well Now facility located in St Marys, Pa. I was in and out in an hour & 45 minutes. Received a Chest x-ray and diagnosis with a long list of medications and advice. Last night was the first good nights sleep I had in a month. So far so good. Hopefully this helps me whip this cold. Everyone there was super kind and efficient. Thank you all!
We had a very positive experience at this St. Mary’s urgent care. We called, scheduled an appointment, and were seen by a doctor within an hour. The receptionist, medical tech, nurse, and doctor were all exceptionally kind and very helpful with our sick kiddo. We will definitely be recommending this place to anyone needing medical attention in the area!
Thank you so much to Melody, Julie, and Renee for the excellent service. I was also greeted by other staff in the building with a smile. My 2 year old son wasn’t feeling well, and they were so patient, kind, helpful, and thorough. It wasn’t very busy and we were in and out fairly quickly. As a mother of a sick kiddo, I was grateful. The facility was also very clean! I truly appreciate having this service in our town. I highly recommend!
