Thank you so much to Melody, Julie, and Renee for the excellent service. I was also greeted by other staff in the building with a smile. My 2 year old son wasn’t feeling well, and they were so patient, kind, helpful, and thorough. It wasn’t very busy and we were in and out fairly quickly. As a mother of a sick kiddo, I was grateful. The facility was also very clean! I truly appreciate having this service in our town. I highly recommend!
All staff were kind and courteous. And all testing was done as efficiently as possible. Front desk was helpful with registering online. The doc (Nicholas Cunningham) was thorough in his explanation of healing measures, we talked about what medication to take. But essentially at this stage in the illness just to let the flu run its course. He asked if I had any questions and made sure he was clear and concise with how he explained everything. They have beverages and snacks also. Which is nice for their visitors.
Very satisfied with the care they provided my 11 month old. We were in and out within an hour and the staff is always so friendly and caring. 10000% better than the alternative in town. 10/10 recommend to anyone in need of an urgent care facility.
Everyone was lovely. Check-in was fast, the nurse was empathetic, and Melody was competent and very knowledgeable. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes but never felt rushed. They took their time to evaluate. Will definitely return.
Well Now in St. Marys, PA is the best! They are very efficient and staff super friendly and compassionate to your needs. Nick Cunningham is amazing! Excellent care giver and diagnosis specialist. I highly recommend this facility. I will never go to Q care at our local hospital again. Well Now deserves an award for best patient care!
