I feel like 5 stars is not enough ! I work in a busy medical office and had a very stressful day so this was last place I wanted to have to take my son but the staff were amazing. From radiologist to the nurse and the provider who saw him they not only provided excellent medical care in a prompt visit but were kind , smiled and offered us a snack and drink which I was super thankful for after skipping lunch and not yet having dinner . I would highly recommend .
We had a very positive experience at this St. Mary’s urgent care. We called, scheduled an appointment, and were seen by a doctor within an hour. The receptionist, medical tech, nurse, and doctor were all exceptionally kind and very helpful with our sick kiddo. We will definitely be recommending this place to anyone needing medical attention in the area!
I’ve been in well Now in St. Mary’s, Pa several times for different illness, They are truly the BEST! From the time you walk in, until you leave, you are treated so kind and taken care of. Very knowledgeable and I’ve never waited more than 5 min. I’d rather go there than to any other health clinic or ER.
Thank you so much to Melody, Julie, and Renee for the excellent service. I was also greeted by other staff in the building with a smile. My 2 year old son wasn’t feeling well, and they were so patient, kind, helpful, and thorough. It wasn’t very busy and we were in and out fairly quickly. As a mother of a sick kiddo, I was grateful. The facility was also very clean! I truly appreciate having this service in our town. I highly recommend!
Our experience at Well Now has been amazing. They are great with kiddos, very thorough, took their time, always checked on us in between rooms to make sure we were okay, was able to get medicine sent to a 24 hour pharmacy (which I had no idea existed in our area!!) I couldn’t have asked for a better crew from the reception, to Nick & all the nurses. Thank you, Well Now!
