The whole Process at well now was absolutely splendid very fast in and out and very nice caring people. I apparently had my eye open while wearing my sleep mask and when I took the eye mask off, it took off a bit of my skin over my eyeball, 🫣 which was not a pleasant thing, thank you very much. I was signed in to the desk and was ushered to a room immediately. This was my absolute best experience with an urgent care ever. My 3 y/o twin and I were at the waterpark for a night, at around 6pm he started complaining of his ear hurting. Took him right down, was in and out in 15 min. All of pharmacies were closed so the NP wrote me directions to get to the closest one open. He’s feeling much better today! Thank you so much! You ALL were wonderful!
We came here during the weekend for my husband to be seen. The facility is very nice and clean. All the staff we interacted with, including the doctor, were so nice and understanding. They went above-and-beyond for us, especially nurse Tyler. He was phenomenal! Overall much more pleasant experience than we anticipated, as it was our first time.
Charged our card $235 without are consent With the card my husband used for the copay So they keep the card on file then charge it later for what they bill you. Which we are fine with as long as we are aware that they were going to do this. Maybe it was in the fine print but we all know how much is on the forms to fill out. This should be emphasized No company should be allowed to charge whatever they want without telling the patient. We were in Queensbury for a family trip for my oldest daughter’s birthday. She woke up the next morning we got there with a high fever and trouble swallowing. We searched for the nearest urgent care and chose WellNow in hopes they took our insurance! They were so kind and so quick to get us in and settled and helped with all the paperwork. They were gentle with swabbing my daughter’s throat and were quick to give us the results and immediately sent over antibiotics.
