Super friendly people and quick appointment. Plenty of spaces to park and the people were kind and not rude at all.
We were extremely pleased with the Queensbury WellNow Urgent Care! We are from out-of-town and didn't know what to expect. The office is clean and welcoming and the staff (Sam, Michele and Lana) knowledgeable and efficient. We couldn't have asked for better treatment. Problem solved!

Amazing Urgent care. My son got nursemaids elbow and was in quite a bit of pain. He wouldn't let me touch it so I had to take him in. Screamed the whole way about not wanting to see a doctor. They took him right in, gave him toys to distract him and made him laugh. They then fixed him up fast and he never knew what happened. Walked out with a slushee and chips. He was so happy he asked to go to the doctor again.

Extremely frustrating experience. I went in for a suspected broken hand and was told they couldn't take X-rays because the radiology tech had already left for the day. They scheduled me for the following morning and assured me everything would be ready. I showed up early the next day, completed all the paperwork again, and then sat there for over an hour--only to find out the radiology tech wasn't even there yet. Very negative experience, specifically with the front-desk employee & male nurse. This is NOT a walk-in urgent care. You must complete scheduling an appointment and checking in yourself from your own device, which is quite a cumbersome task. No one there will help you from their own office computer; I wasn't greeted or given an explanation of the process. Simply met with a sign with a QR code to scan and figure it out on your own.
