I made an appointment online last night in a hurry it was 7:19 and their last appointment is at 730pm. I had to rush to get ready and get there. I was a few mins late they were so kind and understanding. I dealt with 3 different women and all 3 were very kind and caring. They were beyond helpful and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I recommend using this location for all of your urgent care needs. We came here during the weekend for my husband to be seen. The facility is very nice and clean. All the staff we interacted with, including the doctor, were so nice and understanding. They went above-and-beyond for us, especially nurse Tyler. He was phenomenal! Overall much more pleasant experience than we anticipated, as it was our first time.
My regular Drs office was closed so I went to Well Now. The first thing I noticed was the hours. 8 am to 8 pm ALL WEEK! That alone is a major convenience. Check in was really easy, the wait was super quick and being seen was fast too. I was listened to and actually felt like what I said was important; very much the opposite of some of the other walk ins that are popping up everywhere. (HHHN) if you know, you know. Brought my daughter in for high fever. They were very friendly, and it was very quick. Much faster than the ER. We were in and out in about a half an hour. The Dr and staff were all very nice, and my daughter got to pick out a toy at the end. Overall, it was a very quick, painless and easy experience.
Charged our card $235 without are consent With the card my husband used for the copay So they keep the card on file then charge it later for what they bill you. Which we are fine with as long as we are aware that they were going to do this. Maybe it was in the fine print but we all know how much is on the forms to fill out.
