I want to be fair in this review because the experience itself was mixed. The medical side of the visit was excellent. The doctors were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to address my concerns. The clinical staff was friendly and efficient. For the actual care I received, I would give 5 stars without hesitation. The front office staff was decent overall--polite and helpful during the visit--but nothing exceptional. UPDATE- emailed as per there response and called again and still a lack of willingness to assist. This shouldn't be this complicated I want to be fair in this review because the experience itself was mixed. The medical side of the visit was excellent. Doctors and nurses are great. Billing is another story. For some reason, they can seem to get my insurance information right. Received one final notice letter for $1011.05 in November for a visit the previous May. They kept insisting I had no coverage. Verified my coverage with my insurance and they told me they would resubmit it. Thought it was resolved. Never received any more correspondence from them. Found out yesterday that they deducted that money from an HSA account I had previously used there! They now tell ... read more
