The staff was very nice and professional. Although it was a busy Friday when I went and waited longer than usual, the staff made sure I was aware of the situation and how many people were ahead of me and when I'd be seen. They were accurate about my diagnosis and promp about sending my meds to the pharmacy. This is one of the urgent care centers I highly recommend. Side note: they offer free slushies, coffee or tea.
We absolutely love that you can schedule a timeframe to be seen. Front office staff is very welcoming and helpful. Nurses and providers have always treated my family with respect and listened to us and provided the correct treatment plan. They even called to follow up on the care of my family member. We are glad they opened in our neighborhood.
This is my first time at Well Now Argent Care. The employees here are very nice & quick.The environment is very nice. I really liked it.
Highly recommend this urgent care and its staff and I will continue to seek care at this location going forward. Amy was truly exceptional, compassionate, understanding and you can tell she loves her job and genuinely cares about her patients. A true example that exceptional healthcare providers still exists. Joey at the front desk and Gia one of the RNs are AMAZING! I woke up this morning with a pretty bad ear infection and tried this location due to them being open at 8am on a Saturday. I was nervous as I’ve always gone to EmUrgentCare and a new provider is always scary for me, but I knew my ear needed medical attention before EmUrgentCare would be open on Sunday.
