1st visit on a Sunday the receptionist was nice and helpful and the medical assistant was nice and was quick. AMY SHOESMITH was informative. Clean office.
Probably the best experience I’ve had at any Urgent Care! Person covering the front desk was delightful, and everyone else we were in contact with was very knowledgeable and professional. We were seen promptly. Facility was clean and calm. Will definitely visit this location exclusively in the future for after hours medical care!
This was the first time I went there..my experience was wonderful. I was treated with respect and so much courtesy. Place was clean, the staff was fabulous and the Nurse and provider, were great. I will let others know what a fine place this is.. THANKS FOR YOUR AWESOME SERVICE..
In quick, just to wait !! Appointment was scheduled ahead of time with forms filled out. No tissues or paper towels in care rooms. PSA : Posting this to give everyone a caution . I would have died , if I hadn’t gone to my own doctor . I was in on a weekend and was severely sick already for four days , I told the provider that was on that day what illnesses were in my house and that I needed antibiotics. Couldn’t recommend this location enough, showed up late on a Wednesday and got right in. Front desk was very kind and understanding, the nurse was great and explained everything that was going to happen. Daryl Rota RN put my stitches in for a very deep cut on my finger. He was professional, thorough, empathetic and extremely patient. 5 stars is not enough, he had amazing bedside manner, very personable, very easy to talk to and ask questions. I don’t know what they pay him but he deserves a raise!
