My experience was excellent. The check in with Torrie, the receptionist was easy and pleasant. The nurse, Gia was efficient and kind and Callie, the PA, was quick to discover what my problem was and order a prescription. I was very well cared for and will not be going anywhere else for urgent care. Thank you for being available.
1st visit on a Sunday the receptionist was nice and helpful and the medical assistant was nice and was quick. AMY SHOESMITH was informative. Clean office.
Decided after 3 days of cold/flu symptoms to go get looked at. It was easy to make a quick appointment online. Once I got there (15 mins after making the appointment) I got right in after a very short wait in the waiting room. The receptionist and entire staff were very pleasing to deal with. I had seen 5 different team members, all were great and efficient.
Jessica at the intake/reception area was exceptional. She was kind, considerate, helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and she checked on my progress. The nurse who took my vitals was also very kind and professional. Amy Shoesmith NP was friendly and assessed me quickly. She was professional and she was also compassionate and reassuring. In addition, the office was very clean. I would not hesitate to use this facility again in an urgent care setting.
Probably the best experience I’ve had at any Urgent Care! Person covering the front desk was delightful, and everyone else we were in contact with was very knowledgeable and professional. We were seen promptly. Facility was clean and calm. Will definitely visit this location exclusively in the future for after hours medical care!
