This is the first time I’ve been to this Urgent Care. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful. The self check-in was easy. I did not have a very long wait. The Nurse Practitioner who saw me was personable and helpful and carefully explained my diagnosis. Would definitely recommend and visit again if I need to.
Joey at the front desk and Gia one of the RNs are AMAZING! I woke up this morning with a pretty bad ear infection and tried this location due to them being open at 8am on a Saturday. I was nervous as I’ve always gone to EmUrgentCare and a new provider is always scary for me, but I knew my ear needed medical attention before EmUrgentCare would be open on Sunday. This Urgent Care was AMAZING! I brought my 87 year old mom there and they treated her with Respect and dignity. They listened to her, was kind and extremely though with her! In and out within 1 hour and ten minutes! Plus the whole place was spotless!! We had a nurse named Esther and Dr. Shaina Pierre. We no more left the parking lot and the prescriptions were called in. I will never go to another Urgent Care again! This place or nothing!!!!
Everyone I spoke to, and interacted with was kind, courteous, And efficient. I Made my appointment online and was seen as soon as I checked in. The woman at the reception desk and Gia the nurse were wonderful. And the doctor Callie was also wonderful. Thank you for a very positive experience.
The staff here are wonderful, Gia was lovely and super helpful, and the woman at the front desk (wish I caught her name) is the best! Best urgent care experience. They really make you feel comfortable there.
