Entered the location and was met with a rude receptionist. Was forced to use online website to check myself in (no issue there) and then sat in the waiting for 30ish minutes (there was 1 other person there building was empty lol) then was taken back for my lead test and sat for another 30 minutes before just deciding to walk out, person who was going to do Lead test was just sitting on her phone scrolling Tik Tok, would not recommend this place to a dog lol

I would not recommend WellNow Urgent Care to ANYONE. Please seek out alternate quality healthcare facilities that actually care about your treatment and wellness. WellNow Urgent Care is just a triage for the local ER's. I scheduled an appointment on a Sunday for bursitis in my left elbow. When I arrived the woman behind the reception counter had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her by being there and like she wanted to be anywhere but there.
