I had a great experience at WellNow Urgent Care! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. This is the best urgent Care ever! Not only did they get me in on a timely manner, but they really cater to the patients. Not only are they attentive, knowledgeable, and available, but they have a video game a slushy machine and coffee in the lobby. When you don't feel good those extras really help.
In August of 2024 I needed urgent care for a UTI, and WellNow delivered on their promise of expedient and expert care. I felt very well looked after and felt that the team responsible for my care was very professional. I got suggestions to prevent UTI in the future that I had never been given by any other medical team anywhere, after over 30 years of frequent UTI living in multiple different parts of the country. Have not had any recurrence of UTI for the last 9 months. Thank you WellNow Traverse City for your great care!!
We were here out of down this weekend when one of our kiddos started to not feel so well. I was able to schedule an appointment right online and get in right away same day! I was able to upload my insurance card right online and complete my registration paperwork that made check in a breeze! We got to the facility and it was very nice and so clean, they even had a PacMan game machine in the waiting room. The girls there were so sweet and the PA was great with kids. My four year old granddaughter had an issue while we were visiting Great Wolf Lodge. She needed antibiotics and was extremely irritable. The team at WellNow Grand Traverse were extremely patient with her and really helped calm her down to treat her. Thank you.
