This place was WONDERFUL! My little one had an ear infection so we headed to the new urgent care. They had slush puppies in the waiting room (along with snacks for kids and adults, TV and coffee). This was a great way to make her feel happy while I got her checked in. Then when we were placed in our room with the nurse (2 minute wait) she was talking with my daughter and found out my kiddos toy stethoscope had broke from her doctor kit. We were here out of down this weekend when one of our kiddos started to not feel so well. I was able to schedule an appointment right online and get in right away same day! I was able to upload my insurance card right online and complete my registration paperwork that made check in a breeze! We got to the facility and it was very nice and so clean, they even had a PacMan game machine in the waiting room. The girls there were so sweet and the PA was great with kids. Stopped in on a Sunday evening because my daughter had been sick and during shopping she went downhill fast. She had a fever and a hard time breathing and a terrible cough. They gave her a breathing treatment some antibiotics and made us feel comfortable. Minimal wait. Enjoyable staff. They made us feel welcome and not rushed. Great waiting room and very clean. PA Kristen was wonderful snd compassionate. Would highly recommend.
All of the employees in this office were so nice! They were quick to tend to the care needs we had. They didn't rush addressing our issues but made sure we did not wait long between the different stages of the urgent care.
I was surprised to find this new urgent care when I was searching for a place to get an x-ray on the weekend. It’s newly opened and convenient to book an appointment online. We were in and out within a half hour! Friendly and caring staff in a new facility.
