Extremely impressed with my first visit to WellNow in Traverse City on today 03.21.26 I made my appointment on line. It took me longer to register online than it did for the actual appointment, was absolutely fantastic. They got me in no waiting. The nurse Melissa was Amazing and the Doctor was kind, friendly, and caring. The Doctor knew exactly what my issue was. Would give 0 stars if possible. This place is a complete scam, I have been billed by them and their lab affiliate 'quest diagnostics' multiple times yet my insurance shows the bills have already been paid. Wellnow specifically said that I could pay $175 out of pocket for my visit and that further bills would result from lab testing. All of these bills have been paid yet they are still asking for money.

Zero stars. One, because they won't allow a zero. Waste of time. Joni, the PA can only diagnose respiratory illnesses based on a flow chart, and doesn't know lung sounds for beans. She misdiagnosed my daughter's pneumonia, talked us out of an xray while on vacation because it would have taken two days to get the result from off site. She needed nebulizer, steroids, and antibiotics. What she got? Cough medicine to suppress the cough ( wrong) and an admonition that bronchitis " can only be viral".
