Stop by here today to see a friend of mine is in rehab there and find out about visitation a staff member came out and started screaming at me like I was a piece of shit. I tried to find out from them what they wanted me to do to check in they totally ignored me. Walked off came back five minutes later started screaming at me again. The staff needs to be better trained on how to communicate with the public and I’m assuming that they probably treat people that are there poorly maybe upper staff should look into this
