Doctor Cai and her staff were very kind and as it was my first visit I was very impressed - they were prompt, attentive and reviewed instructions for future procedure thoroughly. Went over info and brochures to provide additional comfort for my current symptoms. Excellent addition to your GI clinic. I had gone through many GI doctors and Doctor Cai and her staff are the best!! Thank you!!

This was my first appt with Dr. Cai. She was professional yet personable. She answered all my questions, and made sure I understood her responses. I left with a very positive outlook, and feel comfortable with her handling my health care.

Oh my goodness. What do I say. First of all she was on time. That in itself was amazing. She asked particular questions regarding my condition. Then determined a procedure was NOT necessary based on my answers. If anything changes I will be sure to call her.

Very pleased with Dr. Cai. Refreshingly honest and has an excellent bedside manner. I explained my issues and everything I've done to correct this within my control and she gave me her expert advice and additional recommendations.

In Dr. Cai's video profile, she says she is truly compassionate, honestly listens, and considers options with each patient individually. Speaking for myself, this certainly was my experience. I look forward to learning from and working with Dr. Cai.
