I called for an appointment, got one quickly, was seen immediately, the office staff, nurses, and Dr. Cai were pleasant, professional, and polite. My issue was discussed and a plan of action was formed. I was seen as a person, not as a chain of patients we need to get through. Highly recommend!
First visit and the Doctor Cai and staff were great! Doctor took time to listen and ask questions, making me feel cared for. Clean and welcoming environment. Customer service was superb! Thank you!
Dr.Cai is very compassionate on taking care of her patient , she gives me all the important details that I need to know and for my future schedule she elaborates everything with me about the things that I should do on my up coming schedule , thank you Doc for the patience and your precious time spend with me !
