Dr Kanive is excellent. Very thorough making sure the RC treatment I dreaded was actually tolerable. She's now treated two of my teeth and I'd definitely recommend. ONE suggestion: *PLEASE* consider upgrading to an electronic system for scheduling/confirming appointments...it's so much more efficient for clients.
Very nice nurse and the doctor i spoke to was nice, however, their policies are too high and mighty (not just them, pretty common in medical field). If a restaurant messes up an order, they fix it and dont charge you for both meals. If I get something repaired and the wrong parts are used they fix it, not charge for wrong parts and correct parts. So why do they think it is okay to not guarantee their work? They admitted that if they try to fix a tooth and fail I'd be charged again for the same procedure for them to try aga... read more
I am not a fan of the dentist at ALL! To hear that I needed yet another root canal, really broke me down! Anxiety and Blood Pressure through the roof! Dr. Kanive and her team are AMAZING! The procedure was painless and quick! Thank you all so much for making each visit comfortable.
The entire staff was exceptional. The doctor did an excellent job explaining to me what the X-rays showed and what she would recommend as we move forward. I give this office an A+.
Excellent service, very professional, very friendly, they care about meeting the patient's needs. I was very happy with Dr. Courtney and her team. Thank you very much.
