I’ve been visiting Wesbrook Village Dental Centre for about a year now, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The team is professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. They take the time to explain treatments clearly and ensure everything is done with care. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I’m very afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Gill was so gentle and kind. He explained everything step by step, which made me feel very comfortable during the treatment. Really great experience here - Dr. Fransen and her team are fantastic and made me feel super comfortable. She fixed a filling a previous dentist had done that left me with an incorrect bite. Now my bite is fixed!
I was visiting from Ontario. Prior to leaving Ont. I was suffering intermittent toothache. The dentist there recommended extraction, no plan ‘B’. My toothache worsened and became intolerable. After a Google search I found Westbrook Village Dental and Dr Alison Fransen. Dr. Alison F. recommended it was best to keep the tooth. And we agreed upon a root canal. Don’t go here, they charged me 63 dollars for a check up that lasted 10 seconds. Because the doctor glanced at my teeth and she asked me for my name… On top of that, front desk told me that I do not have any orthodontics coverage under my Sunlife insurance which is entirely false since multiple dentists in Ontario have accepted my insurance when they were working on my Invisalign, plus related check-ups.
