I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Gagandeep Gill at Wesbrook village Dental for the excellent care he provided to my daughter. In the past, my daughter had a very bad experience with dental treatment and was extremely anxious about visiting a dentist. Dr. Gill treated her with great skill, patience, and kindness. We’ve been patients of Dr. Fransen and her team for over a decade and couldn’t be happier with their care. Recently, we needed an urgent appointment for my son before his retainer scans, as he required procedure on his teeth. They responded immediately and fit us in without hesitation. Dr. Fransen and her team did an excellent job — professional, caring, and efficient as always. We’re so grateful for their dedication and outstanding service over the years!

Staff is responsive, timely, polite, and very knowledgeable. For work outside of their scope, their recommendations have been extremely helpful. We have had nothing but positive experiences here for parents and children alike.

They didn't shame me for not flossing. That's the ultimate quality in a dentist in my opinion. 5 Stars.

I am not very impressed with this office at the moment. I was told I needed procedures and not told what the options were - when I asked the next day to speak with the dentist about what these options might be - I was charged for an additional visit! They did not even tell me I was being charged - I found out when I looked at my insurance coverage!! Not impressed!
