We are extremely thankful for Lorraine at Wescoat Village! After living in Europe for ten years, we were worried we would not find affordable, pet friendly housing in a location close to my husband's work. Even after the first call to Lorraine, we knew that we could call Shenandoah Square home. She answered all of our questions thoroughly with care and patience. The only thing positive about this place is work orders get taken care of quickly, but the parking sucks here and management never responds to complaints when they are emailed or called to them. I will never recommend military housing to anyone. I'm also sick of fighting for parking, I should not have to park down the street from my unit and nobody should be parking in front of my unit. If I'm not allowed to park next to my garage, then I should be allowed to park in front of my unit with no issues. Parking should not be fi... read more
