Dr. Maxwell and his staff are very nice and friendly. Dr. Maxwell is thorough and he listens to what you say and he will take time and answer your questions and explain things to make sure you understand and are in control of your health.
My first visit- first impression was the best. The Office staff were attentive and friendly. Dr. Maxwell was very thorough, asked many questions and showed interest in my medical history and overall health. The nurses and phlebotomist were very caring and personable.. I’ve found my PCP!
I have been coming here for a number of years. Dr. Maxwell takes time to listen and allow you to help in your wellness plan. I just wish the staff did not rotate so. There has been lots of changes in the last 5 years or so. I like that Quest is onsite and you can get vaccines there in the office.
The Staff at West Atlanta Internal Medicine is always courteous and prompt whether I have an appointment or not. They see that my request and needs are met. I am thankful to their office staff. Dr.Maxwell and his staff provide me with information on my current health and the things that I need to do live a life to better my health in the future. Dr.Maxwell and his staff are awesome!
Dr Maxwell is everything!!! His bedside manners are great, he listens, he’s aware, he remembers and he cares. A lot of times, I forget and say nothing but he does his due diligence and reminds me about the issues I previously had and if they’re better. I will refer everyone
