Dr. Maxwell and his staff are absolutely AMAZING!! I have never had a doctor that actually listened to my concerns, and treat them accordingly. Dr. Maxwell not only listens, but he gets to the root of the issue! I haven't felt this amazing about health in a long time! Thank you Dr. Maxwell and staff!!!! My entire family is a patient here and we love it!
I like Dr. Maxwell and give him 5 stars. He's very attentive and addresses my concerns. The office staff is terrible! They never answer the phone and do not return calls. I've been trying to get a detailed receipt for almost a month and have yet to get one. At this point, can they not just type one up on the office letterhead? Absolutely ridiculous!
Stay away from this doctor office!!!!! I been a patient of this office for a long time from Dr. Johnson to Dr. Maxwell. It starts with the front office staff. They are rude, and incapable of running a front office. Dr. Maxwell could be a great doctor, if he clean that front office staff out and find staff members who know their job well. He has loss me as a patient due to that front office staff.
Dr. Maxwell, and staff is doing and excellent job. Dr. Maxwell has been my primary care since he's been at west atlanta internal medicine. My health is very important to me and he has helped change some bad habits to better my health...
Dr. Maxwell and his staff are amazing. Dr. Maxwell is extremely thorough and takes the time to come up with a strategy for your health. This is a very efficient office and you can tell Dr. Maxwell really cares for his patients. I am grateful for his services and highly recommend him.
