West Bay Pools did a great job with our pool build. Jonathan and Ben were incredible, detail-oriented, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
These guy did a great job on our project. First of all they do the business basics right. Project plan, communication, billing, all that stuff was smooth. They also know their way around the permitting office and POA process. We had an elevation and storm water issue that they navigated without much issue because they work with those folks a lot. High Quality. Superb Communication. Project completed on-time. Impossible to expect all three in the Lowcountry? Well it sure is when you work with West Bay Pools! Building a pool is not easy - so many hoops to jump through - Jonathan and his team were so responsive - and their attention to detail excellent. We could not have envisioned this process would go so smoothly. Call and talk with them. You will not regret it.
Jonathon was a pleasure to work with as he provided terrific ideas and honest feedback to our thoughts. The overall experience was terrific from interview to design /selections to construction, finishing and educating us on the pool's functionality.
