This review is about the administrative side of this dental office rather than the clinical care. After my initial hygiene appointment, I was asked to return in four months, which I did. My insurance information was already on file, and I booked the appointment for the visit. However, no estimate of my insurance coverage or potential out-of-pocket costs was provided before the visit. It was my first visit to West Broadway Dentist. Everything went smoothly from the initial phone call to the appointment. The staff were professional and lovely. A positive experience overall and will definitely go back.
Great friendly team. They do a good job of cleaning my teeth. I have been going here for 25 years. I like that they send reminders (a month before, a week before, a few days before and the morning of) so you don't forget your appointment. Would highly recommend them.
Was terrified until I met Dr Malek. His calming voice eased me and his assistant was fabulous !! My fear is over. What a great clinic . The receptionist calm voice was fantastic as well great welcoming and great goodbye !!
The team that I've interacted with at West Broadway Dental are professional and friendly. I switched dentists after years of trying other offices and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised in how enjoyable the experience was - being at a the dentist, haha. They respected my time and the staff are really communicative and knowledgeable. They really focused on making me as comfortable as I could be as well.
