The team that I've interacted with at West Broadway Dental are professional and friendly. I switched dentists after years of trying other offices and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised in how enjoyable the experience was - being at a the dentist, haha. They respected my time and the staff are really communicative and knowledgeable. They really focused on making me as comfortable as I could be as well. I'm glad I made the switch to West Broadway Dental this year. I had my second dental cleaning by hygienist, Sue, who is one of the gentlest hygienists I have seen. Sue's thoroughness coupled with her very calming effect ensures one's return for follow up. Also, the warm reception by admin staff; Abigail, provides the making of a pleasant atmosphere as you enter the door. I also appreciate Abigail's finesse with processing and submitting my dental claims. Highly recommend the service!!!
