I had a chipped tooth repaired today at West Broadway Dentist. Dr. Fereidouni explained all the available options, including their pros and cons, which allowed me to make an informed decision. My previous experiences with him have also confirmed that he always makes the patient’s best interests a priority
This is the BEST dentistry practice in all of Vancouver!! The front desk staff friendly, helpful and welcoming - a special shout out to Meghan, Jordan and Abby - today, Abby graciously helped to reschedule my son for his wisdom teeth removal, after he chickened out of the in-office procedure last minute, while Meghan later offered to call the referral surgeon to ensure they use the best number to ensure an answer when they call to book 😉. Avoid this clinic if you value your time, your money, or your sanity — especially if you have children. This was, without question, the worst dental experience I have ever had. I called this clinic specifically to book TEETH CLEANINGS for my children after moving from Toronto. Even the initial phone call was painful. I’ve been going to West Broadway Dentist for a year now and I’m always very pleased with their service. My regular hygienist is Joanna and she truly looks after my concerns and every visit with her is delightful. Aside from being knowledgeable and professional, she is also kind and friendly which makes me feel comfortable under her gentle care. The Dentist didn’t spend 2 minutes and asked me if I had cleared the insurance for the tooth to do a crown to the molar that already has a crown. Really bad dentist. My hygienist is great though .
