This is the BEST dentistry practice in all of Vancouver!! The front desk staff friendly, helpful and welcoming - a special shout out to Meghan, Jordan and Abby - today, Abby graciously helped to reschedule my son for his wisdom teeth removal, after he chickened out of the in-office procedure last minute, while Meghan later offered to call the referral surgeon to ensure they use the best number to ensure an answer when they call to book 😉. This review is about the administrative side of this dental office rather than the clinical care. After my initial hygiene appointment, I was asked to return in four months, which I did. My insurance information was already on file, and I booked the appointment for the visit. However, no estimate of my insurance coverage or potential out-of-pocket costs was provided before the visit. Great friendly team. They do a good job of cleaning my teeth. I have been going here for 25 years. I like that they send reminders (a month before, a week before, a few days before and the morning of) so you don't forget your appointment. Would highly recommend them.
Avoid this clinic if you value your time, your money, or your sanity — especially if you have children. This was, without question, the worst dental experience I have ever had. I called this clinic specifically to book TEETH CLEANINGS for my children after moving from Toronto. Even the initial phone call was painful. I’ve been going to West Broadway Dentist for a year now and I’m always very pleased with their service. My regular hygienist is Joanna and she truly looks after my concerns and every visit with her is delightful.
