Dr. Hellard is a wonderful vet. She takes her time and explains everything clearly. She offers options, if possible, being sensitive to the sometimes financial burden of treatments. We’ve come here for years and love WCVC. The whole staff is just great!
Dr. Amy is very thorough dealing with my senior pet. She explains detailed medical advise that anyone can understand. I also appreciate how she explains cost options for diagnostics and never tries to force unnecesary test The next day I also receive follow up call. Very knowledgeable and friendly medical assistant and staff. Great place and I highly recommend.
Shocked the reviews are so high here…. Overly expensive ($38 for anal gland expression - unreal), they hardly have any products (flea meds were expired and they only have 6m heart worm which is MORE expensive by paying for a heart worm test twice a year), didn’t care my dog had yeast in his ear, long wait when no one is here and outrageous fees for no show. These veterinarians were amazing!!! From the front staff to the main vet herself. Walked me through different vaccines, the way tests worked, what I could schedule later to not break the bank, and our dog was SO comfortable and loved! It gives me comfort knowing they care not just about your pet and what's best for them, but what's best for you too! We needed a vet, so obviously will be back. We boarded our dog here for three weeks while on an extended vacation. The staff took great care of our sweet girl. They sent regular updates with photos/videos. They provide a lot of exercise and play time for the animals. They really took an interest in our dog's well-being. Pricing is very fair, and they offer a discount for extended stays.
