I have had a very frustrating experience with them. I initially purchased a 5x8 unit, but when I arrived, they didn't have any 5x8 units available. They tried to upsell me on a much larger, more expensive unit, knowing I had all my things there already and was paying movers by the hour. Then, after the first few months, they sent me an email increasing my monthly rate by FORTY-FIVE PERCENT. I've only had my storage for about 2 weeks and within these two weeks I've had problems with the property. I was told to get the wrong lock, so I got one from ace hardware, took two trips before I just left my unit and had to come back the next day and buy locks. It was the cam shift ones. The few days after I got stuck trying to exit the storage facility, had to call the after hours number so they can contact the manager and then we had to talk and then she was able to open it.
