Gabriel is amazing and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make our move easy and stress free. The facility is clean and secure. I’d recommend them to friends and family.
Looks like they just had a great job done with cleaning the office carpet in the front area. Everything's kept very clean, very organized. This new management knows what they are doing. However, pls watch out for the encampment of over 1,000 homeless people across the road along the tree line. If you get a storage shed there I'm not sure how safe it would be so be sure to carry a weapon. Beware ⚠️ when using this storage to keep your valuable belongings. I went to collect my things thinking everything was safe and the Lock was changed and things were missing. Who would take photos of my child, and family heirlooms that was valuable to me. I give no stars but I can't post unless I press something
Old man working there was a jerk and condescending. He became irate when another customer put their mask on and claimed that the masks were useless and clearly attempting to make a political statement. It took me an hour to check out my u-haul it was clear he was attempting to give me poor service on the basis I also had a mask on. I arrived at 9:00am on the dot to return my u-haul the following day only to have to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive late and accept my return. This facility is being remodeled and the current customers have been kicked out and are scrambling to find a new place! They won’t be up and running till summer 2024 😩
