I worked with Crystal to rent two units. This being the first time to store goods I was a bit not sure how this would go and steps to take. Crystal was not only patient but answered all my questions. She took me on a tour of the unit types I was interested. After I signed up she had me go through the process to get to my units via their security process to verify all was working and that I would not have any disruptions when I started to move my belongings into my units. avoid this company like the plague. I was a tenabtyat a facility they manage. These people don't give a rats a$$ about the customers they serve. My storage unit was broken into. Apparently another tenant got my code somehow, probably found the card you get when you rent a there with your code and unit number on it. I found. y unit open with some things laying out in the isle. I asked another tenant in that isle who's there all the time if he saw anyone get into it and he said it had b been like that for a couple days. Wtf. n... read more
These people don't give a bit of a damn about your stuff. they will do anything to make money. Including terminate your lease for no reason and lock you out of you property. My unit was broken into and they had the nerve to say I had involvement in the burglary and they canceled my leases with no legitimate proof or justification. I'm 100% innocent of what this district manager is accusing me of. She said I gave my code to someone and had them break into my unit to steal my stuffy.
