The facility is clean and very convenient. The manager Drew is professional and very knowledgeable. He really helped me choose the best unit for my needs, and I decided to use this storage facility because of his fantastic customer service!
The level of professionalism and customer service at WCSS is *far and above* what I have ever experienced in a self-storage facility. Kelly and Emme listened to precisely what my needs were and showed me brand new units that completely matched what I asked for. Every step through the sales, sign-up, and move-in process was top notch. They even waved a friendly "hello" and called me by name the following days as I was moving my stuff in.
