We had been renting here since 2021. People who work in the office are very nice. We had to move though. Our 10x10 went from $209 up to $327 in less than a year. We started at $184 and our last increases $209 to $253 (May 2023) to $327 (Feb 2024). 56% increase in a year?!?
I worked with Crystal to rent two units. This being the first time to store goods I was a bit not sure how this would go and steps to take. Crystal was not only patient but answered all my questions. She took me on a tour of the unit types I was interested. After I signed up she had me go through the process to get to my units via their security process to verify all was working and that I would not have any disruptions when I started to move my belongings into my units. Facilities are very clean, great value for money. Linda at the front desk is exceptionally helpful. I found her to have great communication and be very personalable. Stays open till 10 which beats most places around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Exceptional facility, friendly staff, everything you could hope for, but consider yourself warned…they will gouge you on rents. My rent has more than doubled in less than a year after 2 rental increases in 10 months, pretty insane, especially since they are offering the units I am renting online for half the price they are charging me. Despite me pointing this out and discussing it with management they were unwilling to budget. Not a customer first, or customer friendly organization. Consider yourself warned!
The representative who assisted me was Jake, I had spoken with him previously over the phone and he gave me excellent advice to get ready for my moving date. I completed the process online and came into the facility to check my storage. He was very polite and explained this in a calm and clear manner. Would highly recommend this storage facility
