I must say I had the most amazing service…after doing research they were the best on prices and size units compared to others in Carrollton. The whole staff is amazing…. Very helpful. I’ve used them at least twice and have absolutely no complaints . I appreciate and thank them was going through some drastic life changes anything or questions I had they always answer and if they don’t leave a message they will call you back. Service and cost was excellent…
Great service! I needed a place at 5:00 PM on a Friday, during a downpour. I called, and got Ms Tammy, who got me right in a unit. She was courteous, efficient, helpful. I've been doing business with these guys for over 5 years (before it was WGSS). These guys have been nothing short of awesome!
please never rent from here if you value your money and sanity. the prices look good but there’s 90 other fees they add on as months go buy with no explanation. i have spent a total of about 18 hours on the phone with these people and 6 of those was a ringing phone with no answer. there are much better, cleaner, more put together places in the area.
Originally I was happy with my service, but it did start rocky and things only lasted a few months. The unit itself wasn’t bad though my things did accumulate spiders. Not much you can do about that as it is an outside storage unit. However, the issues started when I first got the unit. They gave me an already occupied unit. That’s okay though. Mistakes happen. The lady at my location was the absolute best, bar none. Only reason for 4 stars was, we had a hiccup with the rent payment and after it was cleared up I was locked out of the facility. But my gal was there every time trying everything until it was resolved. The best I tell ya.
