We’ve been coming to this dental office for nearly 20 years and it’s been great. Unfortunately this time, we did not have the best experience. First off, the front desk staff did not notify us until less than 48 hours to our appointment that we would have to pay for cleaning out of pocket because it’s our third visit for the year. I needed to have a chipped molar examined following a running accident—all of their staff helped squeeze me in — fortunately X-rays and close examination indicated negligible practical problem: after smoothing the chipped outer edge of the molar. I greatly appreciate the prompt work they did eliminating a problem that had me really worried😀👍
