My first visit. I was greeted very warmly by all of the team. They were very thorough in getting the new patient information before I arrived so they all were very ready for me. A very important item for me is the VERY clear communication from everyone. They made sure I understood the process they follow, thoroughly discussed all procedures and made sure I understood what insurance covered and what I was responsible for with details on amounts and timing. I've already recommended West Seattle Dental to a family member.
Since my dentist retired, I was looking to find a permanent dentist. After not finding much success and a visit to a dentist who said my cavity could not be filled due to location, and removal or root canal was the only option, I went to West Portal Dental Care for an exam and second opinion. Finding a new dentist can be stressful, but I’m so glad I found Dr. Wang at West Portal Dental. I came in for a deep cleaning and fillings, and Dr. Wang and her team were amazing from start to finish. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Wang is so detail oriented and caring, she really put me at ease throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them!
Great dentists. Went to get invisalign to get fix a gap in my teeth, the doctor instead recommended i get caps because there was nothing wrong with my bite. This saved me so much money. I also go there to get my teeth cleaned. They are very thorough! Highly recommend
PSA: Accepting your insurance is not the same as being in-network with your insurance plan. Make sure you know the difference — and that your provider clearly explains it before your visit.
