I've been here since 2021 and it's been so wonderful. The manager is very proactive in fixing issues and even the custodian Everlynn gives me life advice and gives me tamales when she makes a batch at home. It's so convenient to ktown, Burbank, Los Feliz, and even going to Buena park. There are homeless people around but it is what it is and Jeff the manager does his best to keep us safe. If you're looking for convenience and a pretty cool place to stay I recommend this spot : )
Re writing this review for manager, Jeff Yu. Although the apartment has flaws, the manager did help me out alot.
I’ve lived here for 5 years and it sucks. Packages get stolen and roaches you can’t fight with fire.
Dirty building when and when the elevator and the car entrance gate break down, it takes weeks to fix it and very unsafe and apart from that expensive rent
