We have had our glorious pool from Westbank Pools for a year now… and we couldn’t be more pleased. They have been so easy to work with, and responsive, when the inevitable problem arises (thank you, Texas weather). Armando, Edward, and Audra… all very honorable professionals, whom I cannot recommend more highly.
Westbank did a fantastic job on our pool and patio area. It was a pretty extensive project and we ended up with a resort like feel and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. If you are looking for fast and cheap, Westbank is not the pool company for you. If you are looking for quality and value for the price, I recommend Westbank. From the initial meeting to delivery of the final product, the right expectation was set for time and quality. We built during a time (post Covid) when pools were in high demand. We had a fairly specific design for our pool in mind. When I spoke to Travis, he designed the rendering attached to this review. We were able to use that as our goal and are really happy with where our pool and backyard layout is now. I thought it was important to show the beginning of the process and where we ended up.
