I would never work with Westbank Pools again and highly recommend avoiding them. Constantly blaming issues with sub and others for their lack of ability to plan or deliver. Been living in a construction zone for three years on a 6 month committed and paid for project plan.
I worked for this company and my experience was not positive. There were issues regarding payment for the work I completed, and the matter has not been fully resolved. Communication about this situation was difficult, and I did not receive a clear or satisfactory resolution. I am sharing my experience as a worker so others can consider it when deciding whether to work for or do business with this company.
Pool is less than two years old and has started cracking. Loose tiles, bad coating and they are unresponsive. Be careful
