We have a contract with Western at one of our healthcare facilities, we've been using them for years. Our building is on the bigger side, so there is a lot of space to cover. Mike is the tech and Drew is the supervisor in my area. Both are very good and communicating and explaining everything that is going on. Tara arrived on time, was friendly, efficient, professional, and remarkably knowledgeable — not just about my sugar ants, but about all kinds of insects. She checked the whole house inside, then walked the area outside. She explained the treatments and set to work. Quite pleased with the experience. And quite satisfied with Western Pest overall, after a year-plus of service.
Spencer Alvarez one of your inspectors just inspected my home at the Metropolitan apartments. He was wonderful. Polite- and to the point. Did not intimidated me like some if your other inspectors tried to do. I would like to request him if I ever need anymore inspections in the future. You have a good guy here.
Very polite well informed gentleman who explained about what he was going to accomplish during the visit. Walked the property inside and out. Set a few mouse traps in the basement and monitors in the garage. Explained about mosquito prevention and what services the company provides in getting rid of them. Overall a professional experience.
