My service today was excellent phone operators were more than helpful and my technician went above and beyond. Got right to the job and got it done. Couldn’t ask for a better technician. My technician name was Alen. He was excellent.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Rude and incompetent. Been being treated since the summer and STILL have bed bugs. Called corporate and he brushed me off. Do not waste your time and money with these people. Exterminator said my bathroom nor pantry needed to be sprayed which makes absolutely no sense. I am getting bit day and night and they simply will not rectify this situation. The exterminator is also extremely rude and dismissive. Highly disrespectful and incompetent company.

My home needed a one time treatment for a wasp nest. Great customer service and competitive pricing. Alan (service provider) arrived at the beginning of our time window and communicated well. He was very efficient and got the job done quickly and neatly. He and was very personable and provided great service. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a customer of Western Pest service for years. We just moved to Pennsylvania. I have switched locations. Very happy with Joe who came out and did our initial consultation as well as Nick, who came to do the work. Always professional and courteous lots of information And easy to deal with

Had Western out to seal up potential rodent access points in basement and attic and to insulate attic. Team was very knowledgeable in recommending service (required mult pre-visits). Team on the install day was professional and left my home clean.
