I do not use this company personally, but I live in an apartment building whose management does. This company seems to render good service --- but is TOTALLY unpredictable in keeping its appointments. My property manager tells me to "prepare for (this and that day)". On the day the exterminator is set to arrive he either doesn't come or I get a call from my property manager saying "it will be tomorrow". Tomorrow comes and the exterminator STILL doesn't show up --- and then when he finally does show up it is most unexpect... read more
