An exterminter from Western Pest Services came to my home for the first time today and made the experience easy! He did a thorough inspection and told me everything he was observing along the way! He was very kind and knowledgeable! I learned a lot about my home and how to best secure it going forward! I'm grateful that this stressful situation has turned into relief that my home is protected! Thank you!!!
I can not say enough about this company. They go over and above what they do for me. They explain everything in detail on what they are doing around and inside my home. Very sensitive about animals (cat, dogs, domestic) in the house also. My in home inspection was fantastic also. Covering the inside and out for where the varmints could be coming in during the winter months. Suggestions to improve my insulation also.
Jared and Brian were Excellent! Great company have worked with them personally through work for years. I did a full renovation for my new house and they catered to everything I needed. Very thorough, great communication and office staff was excellent!
My older mother whose been a subscriber for the past 30 years called to request them to come out for an inside check around 8-10AM as she’s a nurse that works 14 hour shifts. Jen said, “We all have schedules” and fought with her for probably 15-20 mins before my mother asked to speak with someone else. If this is the type of person you have representing you, you may as well close up now. We were very close to cancelling the service for good.
Dan was very knowledgable, friendly and swift. I’ve had a contract with them for 6 months and their response has been quick and professional anytime we’ve needed them
