Our Technician was awesome. He did what he could. I was disappointed that he did not have a ladder on his truck even though I shared when I set up the appointment, that the carpenter bee activity was at our roof peaks. Now we have to wait for another tech to arrive.

Tech came out to apply for carpenter bees. When I made the appt I advised that the entry points for the bees were about ceiling level of the second floor and that a ladder was needed. Tech showed up without a ladder advising the office didn’t tell him one was needed. That said, the professional, personable tech was very thorough. Minutes after he left someone stopped by to do a baseline inspection. Very happy with the service provided. Service Tech Lou was on time and was friendly and efficient asking about any issues or problem areas. He explained how he was addressing and treating those areas. Will definitely use them again. FOLLOW UP New service inspection today Feb 12. Lou once again came out to check my home despite a snow storm in the area. Because I was not there I had a friend open the house for him.
