Kyle came out to spray for ants. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I got tired of trying to keep them from taking over my house without professional help. What a relief! I feel so much better now knowing I can call anytime if I have an issue. I highly recommend!
Very happy with the service provided. Service Tech Lou was on time and was friendly and efficient asking about any issues or problem areas. He explained how he was addressing and treating those areas. Will definitely use them again. FOLLOW UP New service inspection today Feb 12. Lou once again came out to check my home despite a snow storm in the area. Because I was not there I had a friend open the house for him. Our Technician was awesome. He did what he could. I was disappointed that he did not have a ladder on his truck even though I shared when I set up the appointment, that the carpenter bee activity was at our roof peaks. Now we have to wait for another tech to arrive.
Saul was great today. Very friendly knowledgeable . And would like to compliment all the techs that have been here. The yearly program is a great service and worth the money
