Western does a very good job related to the extermination of all different types of critters. I appreciate their professionalism and recommend them highly to anybody that needs extermination services. I like that they are available quite early in the morning and are extremely responsive even when you give them a call to schedule an emergency appointment. To date, I have never been disappointed with their service.

I have been a customer with Western Pest Services for nearly a decade. When the technicians come to my home, I am always pleased by their demeanor and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with my local branch manager, Mr. Steve Swanson, is not as positive. A billing discrepancy arose whereby I was being overcharged for services. I called and we renegotiated a lower, fairer price. However, Mr. Swanson never bothered to make the change in the system. Joe, the technician who typically visits, is highly knowledgeable and always performs a thorough job. I highly recommend Western Pest Services if you're looking to keep your home pest-free.
