I recently used Western Pest for a carpenter bee problem. Complete satisfaction. My initial estimate was within an hour of the call. Mr. Kirkwood was friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. The girls on the customer service end were nice and able to work around weather issues. The 2 techs came in did their jobs bang bang. Now no bees. Competitors in the area like Alliance cant compare.
