Started off good. Was super easy to schedule first appointment and they showed up on time. Easy to work with. Then I needed subsequent services and reached out to the rep who said she was my main point of contact for any future needs and she kept telling me she’d schedule an appointment for me to treat cicada killer wasps since we found them in our home.
