Local office is so friendly and accommodating. Jay, our technician was on time, polite, professional, and thorough. Would highly recommend western to anyone considering a contract or one time need. Awesome service all around!
Cannot recommend this company any more. Especially how professional Caroline was. She was polite, informative, and extremely respectful. Pest control could be a sensitive subject especially since we are a client based company and she made it very easy and was extremely respectful while I had a client here. Caroline is top notch.
Marc and Jim came today. They did such a great job. Had a horrible termite issue on moving in and Jim has been so helpful thru the whole process. It was very stressful for me but they made it easy! Highly recommend Beth, Freehold NJ
The service guy was very knowledgeable. Super nice 👍 And so was the customer service girl I spoke to. Very happy with the whole experience.
Christopher came out today and inspected our home for the issue we were having with ants. He explained everything to me and was very thorough. I would recommend the company and appreciate how quickly they came out once I called them.
