He’s not only skilled and efficient, but also incredibly personable and attentive. Jim takes the time to explain the treatments and answer any questions, which goes a long way in keeping both management and residents informed and at ease.

We were very pleased with every aspect of service from Western. The technician was friendly & professional. He took care of all the pest concerns in my home. It is also a pleasure speaking with the staff on the phone. I am so glad I was recommended to this company especially with the termite issue.

Jay was extremely professional. Originally services were only scheduled for the outside of the property, but not for the inside. When requested, Jay called the office and got an ok to do the inside as well, instead of coming out another day.
