They are great! I had wasps living under my siding. They were able to get out to me quickly and worked around my schedule. They solved the problem on the first visit. Very satisfied with their work.
Started off good. Was super easy to schedule first appointment and they showed up on time. Easy to work with. Then I needed subsequent services and reached out to the rep who said she was my main point of contact for any future needs and she kept telling me she’d schedule an appointment for me to treat cicada killer wasps since we found them in our home. Have a massive bee problem in my attic. Josh W. came out the very next day to help from Western Pest in Shrewsbury. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about bees. He put on the bee suit and did his thing. He also sprayed from the outside…so far it’s quite up there and I don’t see any more bees going in and out. Thank you Josh and Western Pest! Would absolutely recommend them!
