For months, I was quite fearful of the mice and afraid to go in the basement. I called Western Pest Services. The moment Jean, WP technician arrived ,his reassuring attitude to fix the problem, set my fears at ease. I gained confidence and felt safe knowing the right kind of helped arrived, and his name was Jean. In less than a week, I have gone down in the basement a myriad of times. I look forward to the year long service,, I contracted w/Western Pest Services.
Horrible EXPERIENCE! SCAM! Please do NOT use Western Pest Services for any of your needs. They will make promises and guarantees just to get your money. After my initial visit they rescheduled me for a second visit where they stood me up on a Saturday where I canceled work and emptied out my whole house. The manager John and his employee Andy reconfirmed with me twice and I was still stood up please do not use John or his employee Andy or anyone at Western Pest Services for any of your needs.
Eugene, the technician, was thorough and kind, assuring me my problem would be solved. I had been finding dead or lethargic yellow jackets in my home for a few weeks. Eugene declared my house a “hotspot”—there were yellow jackets everywhere. They were on the lawn, buzzing around my gutters and entering my home through a crack in the concrete foundation. When Eugene left, there was nothing moving inside or around the outside of my house. And now, 5 days later, no sign of yellow jackets. Thank you!
Jean came to my house and knew where the yellowjackets nest was right away. It was inside the Bay Window. He sprayed with chemicals and dust. He told me step by step what he was spraying and the reason behind it. Truly Professional. I would strongly recommend Western Pest Control to anyone.
I Was just lucky that I saw their truck parked at a neighbors who wasn’t home. I asked if they handled water rats . Eugene said yes. We call the office direct and they proceeded to treat the holes in our yard immediately. Not sure if it worked too soon to tell but they will be back 3 times in one month.
