I Was just lucky that I saw their truck parked at a neighbors who wasn’t home. I asked if they handled water rats . Eugene said yes. We call the office direct and they proceeded to treat the holes in our yard immediately. Not sure if it worked too soon to tell but they will be back 3 times in one month. The exterminator was friendly. He called when he arrived and he was very knowledgeable. It was raining out and he put on booties before entering. He offered up preventative tips to avoid future problems. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
I called Western because I saw mice in my kitchen. They were able to send the technician, Jean, the same day and take care of my problem right away. They even helped me setup an annual plan for mosquitoes.
Called them with a pest problem, they responded right away sent Jean over who was great and took care of our problem quickly. Affordable pricing would never use another pest control company this place was the best!
We've using Western since 2017 at our home in Roslyn. Would highly recommend Western and Jean to our neighbors.
