I actually put a review up here a month ago, but I took it down because I was trying to be nice but here’s the real deal. They gave me a false lease under a tax Credit housing and trying to make me pay the max rent. I talk to my lawyer and they will be contacting them very soon. Everybody there is very unprofessional. They never get back to you and I just moved into the unit a week ago and my toilet is broken, Haven’t gotten my mailbox key, and One of my neighbors downstairs, always smokes cigarettes in the hallways Windows ... read more
I've ben here 5 years when I moved in the building staff in the office welcome me in like I was family member only problems I had was I put in a work order and didn't nothing much happen when I needed it but it got done. But for me this is the best place for someone to call home.
Have been a resident for 17 years... I was the first teenant to move in my building after it being built. At 1st everything was great, now it's horrible. The staff is so unprofessional the workers don't know how to fix anything . They have new workers in that rental office like every 6 months . Work orders never get completed , they will close them out without even completing the job. It takes them months just to get to the work orders . It's definitely not the same. Resident for 10 years. Was nice when we 1st moved in. Last couple years however the property has been poorly managed. Never had roaches or mice until recently. Premises unkept, no pickup of leaves or snow. Rapid turnover of employees in management office so you don't know who handles what. Lots of gun violence in area. Need blinds, new carpet, better plumbing, unit repainted. It would be beneficial to resume resident monthly meetings. Lots of improvement needed.
It’s a war zone over here. They have no skilled professionals to fix the appliances. They have vacant apartments that are being occupied by strangers. They have a plumbing issue, when you report a maintenance issue, they are unable to fix the problem in a timely manner. They desperately place you in apartments with people that don’t work therefore you are subjected to loud music, and crowds of people in your backyard, sitting on your car.
